   We got the entree before the starter. The entree was cold and was missing the mandarin glaze and bacon jam. Sent it back. When the salad and chili finally came out, the chili was cold. The taste of the food is still good but overall I see this place going downhill. I used to love coming here but the last three visits, not so much.

   Slow service. Food didn’t come out right after two tries. One person in our group never received the right item. We had to share our food so she would have lunch. We couldn’t wait another hour for a third try. Manager never approached or seemed to care. They were not busy. Server said she had turned the order in wrong each time. It was not a difficult order. A burger.

   When I arrived and told the host I had a reservation I was told I was checked in but it was going to be 30-45 min wait. I was very frustrated and asked what the point of the reservation was. He stated that he had a a lot of walk-in’s he had to seat. Not cool. First time I experienced this when using Round Table to make reservations.

   Our server Megan was amazing. So sweet and helpful throughout our dinner. Strawberry margarita is really tasty!

   Our server was great and the food was delicious. The only small suggestion I would make is to reconsider having the hostess yell out names for seating. This particular night, the hostess was very loud.

   Although they were pretty busy with people waiting for tables, we were seated immediately as we had reservations. Service was very good, food was plentiful and delicious. It was noisy but that's understandable since the place was so full on a Saturday night. No complaints. App made it easy to review and pay our bill when we were ready to leave.

   It didn't seem to matter that we had a reservation. They just put us in the queue and we waited 40 minutes like everyone else.
