   Calamari was good. Had a sister brunch. Seating was good. Able to talk and catch up. Could hear each other well.

   Food was delicious and served in reasonable time. Waitress was attentive, but had to ask for boxes 3 times as she kept forgetting them.

   As a military veteran couple, we went to BJ's for the "special" veteran's menu. We were impressed by the extensive options for the veterans. Each of us chose a different entree and were very pleased by the taste and overwhelmed by the portion. Our server couldn't have been more knowledgeable, courteous, attentive and helpful. I have eaten there several times in the past and enjoyed it. After seeing and experiencing how respectfully they genuinely honored and treated active and veteran military, BJ's will be my go-to restaurant for good food and kind, professional staff.

    Our server Christian R was really not on top of things, we had to wait about 10min to get a refill, he didn’t take our menus nor give us silverware. We saw how good he was to bigger families and was so rude to us.

    They did not have my OpenTable reservation when we arrived, but were able to seat us because it wasn’t busy. Service was slow, food was pretty good. Everything - floors, table, menus felt a little grimy. It was just an ok experience. Not rushing to get back. Really loved the BJ’s in Michigan; was hoping for the same here but I guess they are all different.

    Ordered fish n chips but they did not have any. Server was very busy with multiple tables and large groups that we felt underserved.

    We had the fish & chips and it was the best we have had in a long time. Our server was excellent and she was very attentive and it was a very busy lunch on a Friday (Veterans Day)' so we were impressed. I can't remember her name but she was the only server in the bar area.

    Took a vey long time for food to arrive and it was only lukewarm. No special request for our meals. Food tasted good, but I do like my food hot. Since it took forever to get our food we were not going to send it back.

    So much nicer when the restaurant is limited to the number patrons allowed inside...its not as noisy and makes meal time much nicer. Seems much easier to make a reservation.

    We had a reservation there was still a wait time as expected, the girl at the front forgot about us and lied about it. the sandwich was excellent, the waiter was excellent, little overpriced but to be expected because of covid-19 and limited seating.

    We dined on the patio. Our waitress was awesome. My husband ordered tenders and because our waitress didn't think they were big enough she had two extras ordered for him. She was friendly and on top of our needs. My only issue was his sister who was with us noticed the table wasn't very clean. They weren't wiping them down like I think they should. There should a couple staff dedicated to just disenfecting and wiping down tables and chairs.

    It bothered me that WE got seated by the restroom entry when everyone else after us was seated in a booth and/or away from the entrance to the restrooms. I still like the restaurant but it will be a while before I go back. I would recommend the restaurant but I'll make sure to tell friends to request a booth and/or not be seated by the restrooms.

    We (4 people) set out in the patio area for lunch. Reservations made; adequate distancing from others. Not many diners at other tables. Wait staff took several minutes to get our beverages, take our order, and serve. But probably he had other parties inside to wait on. Overall food was good, staff was friendly, and we felt safe and comfortable.

    Even though we made a reservation, they said it was first come, first serve so the wait was 25 minutes. We left. Don't offer reservations on OpenTable if you aren't going to honor them.
