Outstanding service. We’ve eaten here a couple of times, and it doesn’t disappoint. The staff is extremely attentive, always willing to assist, have a smile on their face, and ensure you don’t run out of food, or drink. Highly recommend. Food is absolutely delicious.

This was our second time dining at Bitelo. Compared to other Brazilian Steakhouses, this is far and away the best one we have ever experienced. All the cuts of meat were delicious , fresh and well prepared, esp. the beef. We were asked how we like our meat cooked, and every time they brought cuts of beef, we were served exactly what we preferred. They also had shrimp, lamb, chicken and sausage that were also excellent. The side dishes were very good as well. The Brazilian cheese buns are amazing. The service is outstanding and impecable. Probably the best service at any restaurant we have ever died in. Extremely attentive, courteous and friendly. Our water glasses were always full, and they anticipated every need, including bringing me a stand to hang my purse on as soon as I sat down and they noticed I had one. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Brazilian Steakhouses. It is independently owned and operated - not a chain or franchise, like many other Brazilian Steakhouses. The food and service are top notch. Well worth the price.

The food was great but my wife and I did compare it to our local places and just nitpicked on what we liked slightly more. Very friendly staff and very welcoming and wanting to make it the perfect experience. They literally went out of their way to make the night special and we would definitely go back.

Very quiet and great service. Flan was amazing. Favourite cuts were bacon wrapped filet mignon, Garlic & Spicy Picanha, and beef ribs. Favourite sides were Pao de Queixo and Chimichurri sauce.

Went for my mother’s birthday and they were incredibly generous and kind. They made it a wonderful experience for my family and I; the food was delicious and the service was excellent. I’d like to add I’m not a crème brûlée fan, but theirs is the best I’ve ever tasted. Would recommend to everyone and anyone.

First time experience with this style of dining. Excellent, friendly assistive service. Expansive salad bar, unique way of serving main meal but everything was delicious. Went there to celebrate 52nd anniversary and had a truly memorable experience.

Neighborhood feel to a really good Brazilian steakhouse!! We’ve eaten at many churrascarias and like that the meats at Bitelo were not overly salted. It’s a smaller scale Brazilian steakhouse and did not have an extensive salad bar or offers all the cuts but has the main items and cooked perfectly to our liking (medium rare). We will definitely come back for the fantastic service and good food!
