Bistronomy by Nico invites you to experience a Parisian bistro in the heart of Charleston. Led by acclaimed French Master Chef Nico Romo, this charming restaurant offers a delightful mix of classic French dishes and innovative culinary creations.

The warm and inviting ambiance features a sleek, modern interior and a long marble bar, ideal for pre-dinner drinks. The menu tempts with dishes like escargot, goat cheese spring rolls, steak frites, and tuna crudo.

Chef Romo's dedication to French cuisine is evident in every dish, crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients and expert technique. The impressive wine list focuses on French varietals, and the cocktail menu includes craft cocktails, and mocktails.

    Excellet food and service- highly recommend. The fish of the day was perfectly cooked. Service was ultra friendly.

    Wonderful evening, cozy restaurant with attention to the customer. Our waitress, Jackie was excellent. Great drinks, food was good & crème brûlée is torched table side.

    The food was unbelievably delicious and the service was on point - our server was incredibly nice, jovial, and recommended wonderful dishes. One of the most enjoyable dining experiences ever. I don’t why Opentable doesn’t allow for choosing 6 stars.

    Stumbled across Bistronomy while walking our Airbnb neighborhood. Read the menu and knew this was where we needed to have our last dinner in Charleston. Wonderful service and more importantly delicious food. Would highly recommend that one have dinner here at least one night while in Charleston.

    There is No parking at this location and street parking is nonexistent. We finally parked at a nearby business and got towed. Beware!!
