    Menu very poor and had trouble trying to select something palatable and differs to what is on your website. Would have walked out after seeing the menu if I did not have to forfeit $50.00. Would not dine there again

    It was our first visit even though we are locals wow what a find food is just beautiful very authentic service outstanding. Yes not cheap but certainly did not feel ripped off. We will recommend and will be back

    A good restaurant to celebrate special occasions. An extensive wine list of international wines but would prefer to see more australian wines on the list.

    We had the Pranzo Experience and found it very, very ordinary. The fusilli ragout dish was very basic and overseasoned. The lamb backstrap was pleasant but the only accompaniment was a drizzle of salsa verde and a teaspoon or so of white barley (as a shared dish). There were no vegetables or salad to be seen. The final dish was a tiramisu that whilst it was pleasant enough, would not have been out of place in a local club or hotel bistro. Pleasant food but extremely ordinary.

    We had a nice meal at Bistro Officina. Lovely seasonal produce and great techniques with the wood fired oven.

    On making the booking I knew it was going to be expensive. And we are happy to pay if it’s worth it. For what it cost I would expect exceptional service and food and we didn’t feel this was the case. We had the gnocchi for the entree which was the nicest of what we had, simple flavour but very nice and tasty. The main meal we shared the beef steak and it was cooked as asked and tasted nice but it was just steak and overpriced for what it was. No fancy presentation at all and no little extras added. Dessert we selected the mint Panna cotta. Presentation pretty poor and it tasted like it was made a few days ago. We both had a few bites and couldn’t eat the rest. I also felt a bit short changed on my glass of wine and we had to ask the waitress over to get another bourbon for my husband. Overall I thought the food was ordinary at fine dining prices. I wouldn’t go back or recommend. I was disappointed with the experience to be honest.
