    Bistro North in Dillon is very modern with gorgeous views of the mountains. The service is excellent and the have done fairly priced bottles of wine. We ordered a house salad and the fried Shrimp starters, both were great, the shrimp was deeply fried yet perfectly cooked and served with a rice wine dipping “sauce”, I would have loved some thing a little more interesting to dip it in and maybe less batter. My husband ordered a burger, which was tasty, but covered in garlic and I found that flavor overwhelmed the very tender and juicy burger. I ordered the short rib on mashed potatoes which was excellent, tender and flavorful. We had a desert that was great. Total bill $211 included gratuity.

    What a fantastic birthday dinner for me along with my wife. Great service and attention to detail. Best halibut!!!

    The Thai salad is a favorite, but this time the beef pieces were very tough, and not very substantial.

    This was our first visit to Bistro North. The restaurant is lovely, with super views. The menu is nicely varied, the food was delicious (the beef Wellington was exceptional) and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Bistro North

    New menu items since the last time we are here. Bao buns and Thai steak salad we're delicious. David provided fantastic service in a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

    We went to celebrate a birthday and they made everything so special - card and a dessert with candles and Happy Birthday - no singing!!! The food was absolutely amazing and the view can't be beat.

    Good food, kind of pricey. I think they could just work on the timing of the arrival of drinks/food items so it is more in line with fine dining.
