Bistro Eté is everything you long for in a restaurant tucked away in a quaint spot in The Mill Center. Transformed by Interior Designer Karen Gorman to reflect an understated chic and comfortable style that transports you to the Coast of France. This unpretentious dining experience celebrates food and wine in a setting for all the senses yet does not compete with the flavors.

Chef Arie, inspired by his Cypriot heritage, formal training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and his years working under Two Star Michelin Chef Philippe Da Silva in Provence, presents cuisine reflective of this coastal style. Longtime customers can still indulge in his classic dishes such as escargot, striped bass with champagne truffle sauce and his own dry aged steaks. Of course Chef Arie’s menu will include many mouthwatering vegan and vegetarian dishes driven by altering his favorite recipes for his vegetarian wife.

We had a truly lovely experience; the owners, Liz and Arie, are just wonderful; Rochelle, our server, was so helpful and attentive; and the food was simply delicious. We will be back!!

Best restaurant on the East End of Long Island. Chef Ari is a master creative artist. Every dish is unique and delicious. His wife and partner Liz make you feel welcome and appreciated always. Love this spot!

Amazing as always. Food is superb. Atmosphere is fun and lively. The staff is attentive, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t wait to go back! Their cocktails are sensational. Can’t recommend enough.

First time there and we had high expectations. The steak was very bad and the overall experience was average. Too pricey, offers a little bit of everything but not executed perfectly. Wouldn’t recommend it nor come back.

What a fantastic gem !!! we had an early reservation party of 8, We had time to chat with the owner and staff, felt at most welcomed. The space is beautiful, very clean and inviting, very tastefully decorated. Food selection was fantastic, from appetizers to main course to dessert, Everything was tasty and fresh. Everyone at my party, loved the food and service. Highly recommend!!! And they have a special pet menu (so so cute ) , so ppl can bring their furry babies and dine together. Win win !!

Delicious creative food. Always consistent! Amazing porterhouse steak for 2 , served with roasted potatoes and broccoli….absolutely delicious! The homemade ice cream is outstanding
