大晦日の夜に予約して行きましたが、お店の前で予約した旨を伝えたところ、大柄の髭の男性に、キャンセルされたと言われました。そんな連絡は来ておらず、画面をチラ見しましたが、やはり予約はあり、、、それを指差してもキャンセルとの事。何故？と聞いたら混み合ってて無理的な事をぶっきらぼうに半笑いで言われました。粘っても既にもうこんな店入りたいとも思わなかったので、OKと言って去りました。予約も結局キャンセルされず、食事中の表示だったりしたので、やはりお店(その男性？)の勝手だったようです。予約した際に良かれと思って子供がいることも伝えていましたが無意味でした。大晦日だったので、入れる店もなく、結局ファーストフードで済ませました。事前に必ず連絡を入れるべきだし、予約をしている家族を門前払いなんてお店としてもってのほかだと思います。差別を受けたのでしょうか。こんな思いをしたのは初めてです。最低の経験でした。

For such an amazing location, the meal and experience was awful. The service seemed rushed like they couldn’t wait for us to leave. The steak was dry and overcooked, the wine selection was minimal and cheap and the staff acted annoyed with our requests.
