After we were seated promptly, it was a long wait for service. I noticed a few tables seated after us w/immediate & oddly over the top attention. I ask for service from 1-server & was treated very rudely. We were a table of 2. After a longer wait, our server came & was very kind, professional w/excellent service. The restaurant is nice w/decent food, not great for the price & the first impression, less than great view from the website. The 1 server did put a damper on brunch. Our server was excellent, we did leave a nice tip for excellent service & working under high stress w/the coworker. Our server more than deserved it. If we stay @ the Westin again I think we will go elsewhere for brunch.

Beautiful hotel. Great view of Mississippi River Place wasn't that busy. service was quite good. Some of my party ordered the brunch buffet; others ordered off the menu. Good was very high quality

We were saddened to find out that you did not have the awesome Brunch that we experienced last year May, 2022 for Mother's Day, as we were seated in your Classy restaurant to dine. The Breakfast was fair, but the variety was fair. Please bring back the Brunch. May 2023 - Mother's Day Thank you for listening.

No reservations were needed as you will have to seat yourself. I like the buffet style breakfast and also a grill station if you wanted an omlet or something cook to order. The mimosas were really good as well!

The food was very good, We were able to order items like pancakes or omelets that were not on the buffet. The hostess ,wait staff and even the young man bringing out the buffet items were friendly and very helpful! We ate in the Bistro 3 out of the 4 days we were there .

They had pretty good hot and cold options including fruit to choose from. I was disappointed that no one told me they do cook to order items such as pancakes, which is what I really wanted. Otherwise everything else was great. I love the table setting and ambiance.

The buffet menu was not as advertised no carving station or omelette bar. The food was cold had to ask the server to warm it in the microwave. Service was good but the actual food was sub par. Hopefully it was just an off day for them
