When I called Bistro 525 I said I had reservations and we were running 10 minutes late but would be there. The gentleman on the phone said, "Well, we have like 80 people in here and I have no idea how you got reservations on open table. "We'll see what we can do". When we got there, however, our table was there.

We ate here for dinner with 2 guests, and Chad was our waiter. He was attentive, friendly, and very efficient. The food was delicious. My roast chicken was a little dry and pretty small, but everyone else's meals were great. Others had: The blue gills were absolutely delicious, as was the burger, and the flat bread pizza and drinks. The cheese cake was outstanding. I wish they had a few more dessert choices or even chocolate chip cookies. We ate breakfast here in the morning (just my husband and I) and Liz was our waitress. She was friendly, personable, and a great waitress, and she spent time with us. I love the breakfast potatoes, and our meals were good. My husband prefers his corned beef hash differently than presented, but we will return, and he already knows he will get the breakfast burrito (which my granddaughter had the last time). We recommend this restaurant highly and are eager to return. Our granddaughter wants to bring her parents when they come to visit.

I took my granddaughter for breakfast (a college senior), and we had a lovely breakfast and a great waitress--I am so sorry I did not get her name, but she was fabulous. Attentive but not overly so, saw our needs before we did, and she was very pleasant. This is a great place and there is parking for people going to the restaurant so it is perfect if you are driving. I will recommend this to others, and my granddaughter plans to bring other family and friends back, too. So grateful we found this place and want to return.
