   Charlie, our server, was awesome. Actually, the entire wait staff was great. For starters, we ordered the charcuterie board and the meatballs. The meatballs were good, but that charcuterie board was awesome. The jam and the mustard were delicious. I ordered the Boscaiola, which was amazing. Came at the suggestion of Charlie. Had a Florentine pizza. Very good. My lady ordered the Duck Duck Goose pizza. She enjoyed it. Based on the experience and food, I would definitely eat here again and recommend it.

   The menu variety is outstanding, and the preparation, presentation and flavor are excellent. The server, Sam, was friendly, efficient, attentive and professional.

   Outstanding experience as always. They removed our desserts (it was our anniversary dinner) and it was very appreciated. Cannot recommend Birroteca enough!

   Great lunch with family. Food was prepared pretty quickly, came out hot, tasted great. Our server was friendly and informative. Their risotto dishes are fantastic, though everything we got was prepared well and was flavorful. Thanks for a great day!

   4 of us were there on a Saturday at 5:15 pm and we sat in the bar area at a high top. Service was good and we were very pleased with our food. We had meatballs, calamari and garlic bread for appetizers. For dinner we had a pizza and 3 pasta dishes. We were there about 1 1/2 hours and by the time we left around 6:45 it started to get crowded and the noise level went up.

   4 of us went on a Wednesday at 6 and sat in the bar at a high top- noise level was low- nice quiet dinner. We got some appetizers on happy hour that were good. For dinner we had grouper, pasta, pizza and calamari. Everything was so good and the service was great.

   First of all, the food WAS very good. That we really enjoyed. The rest of our experience was less than expected. I got there first. The hostess came over and told her I had a reservation and she looked at me like I spoke another language. Odd. She grabbed two menus and I followed her. She put them on the table on one side and walked away. Didn’t say anything to me. Sat down and waited. Our waitress came over and she was NOT wanting to be there. I personally saw her rolling her eyes as she walked away from our table and other tables. She never once smiled or was friendly. My dinner was ready first and came out but my friend was waiting on her pizza so my food was getting cold as we’re were waiting. My friend actually had to ask where her food was and she said the pizza is taking a little longer. She should have told us that and not brought out one meal and not the other. When it did come out, it was very good as was my food. She asked us if wanted dessert so we looked at the menu and a few minutes later she brought us the check. I also had to ask the busser to refill the water with ice which the waitress came over and refilled that. Sadly we will not be back. This waitress may need a reminder about friendliness. It goes a long way.

    One of our favorites. The best pizza, outstanding risottos, all-around excellent food. Menu changes frequently (bring back salad with heirloom tomatoes!). Friendly, welcoming, pleasant dining room. Patio great in mild weather.
