   Drinks and dessert were very good. Entrees average, with very limited options for vegetarians. Not the place to go to have a conversation as the noise level was high, even upstairs. Tables very close together. Kudos to the waitstaff who were polite and attentive.

   My friend I had a 6:00 pm reservation on a Monday evening. Funny enough, had the same waiter Shawn as first visit. Service and seating time was good. We ordered the BBQ ribs with apple slaw & truffle fries. Ribs were tender; the slaw went so well with it; and the truffle fries were amazing! Not too heavy on the truffle and perfect crunch. We also shared the steak frites and replaced the fries with onion rings. I asked our waiter to make sure steak was prepared medium rare (last time was more medium), and my request was listened to! Overall, good food and atmosphere, and liked my seating area; would love to come back in a few months when menu items change.

   It was our first time there and had a fabulous evening. Food was excellent. Service was better than any other restaurant we’ve been to which is all because of Glen, our waiter. We will definitely go back.

   We have been long time Robke customers and have been waiting for the eventual opening of Birdie Bar. Excited to have a new local spot. The restaurant has a moody club vibe, beautiful renovation - first floor bar/lounge with second floor dining. There were a few interesting appetizers which we will be trying next time/ we had the pork sliders which were excellent- ordered the bread for $10 but how can you not? Freshly baked served with whipped butter and oil. Had the chicken which is served with apples on the side not really sure why, was not at all what I was expecting based on the description but the chicken was crispy and moist, truffle French Fries very good. Salisbury steak which was $51 had too much sauce not a standout, and won’t have this again. Currently only about 10 different wines by the bottle and the glass. The bartender indicated additions to the wine selection will be coming soon / I am hoping the information received is accurate and a Sancerre will be added one of my favorites. We wish much success to Birdie Bar and look forward to updates and becoming regular customers.

   First off, just want to say I could't wait to give this place a try. But to be honest, THE NOISE LEVEL IS WAAYYYY TOO LOUD. Can't hear yourself let alone have a conversation with another person. Probably the reason we won't be back. The appetizers were good. The drinks were weak. I wanted to love this place as it it local to where I live. BUT ..Overall don't get what the hype is all about.

   Vibe was very cool. Could only get an early reservation (5pm). Drinks at bar was great - Espresso martini, margarita and vodka martini. Service was great, blanking on our waitress's name but very personable, attentive and kind. We had wings & Tuna Tar Tar for apps. Did french dip and steak for dinner. all great tasting.     Highly recommend!! Espresso Martinis are top notch!! Appetizer I recommend the Buffalo Egg Rolls and the Garlic Chill Wings. For Entree the Chicken Pillard hit the spot. Can’t wait to go back and try other menu items.

    Went on Memorial Monday @ 5:30pm. Seated upstairs right away. Bar looked cool from afar, and the vibes was a relaxed atmosphere. Started with the Caesar and Chop Chop Salads. Both lightly dressed and good; nothing that blew us away. I ordered the Steak Frites (medium rare) and replaced the fries with the onion rings. OMG. Those onion rings...Do. Not. Skip. Aioli mayo with it was to die for. Accommodate your own dishes people! 🤭 Two other guests ordered the Steak Frites (medium) with the French fries, and the Terriyaki Salmon with charred broccoli & sweet potato purée. Both enjoyed theirs as well. Our waiter Shawn was the sweetest! Went back to the chef to find out info regarding gluten-free options. Fries are GF for anyone who's curious. Overall, great experience and food, will definitely return to try other dishes!

    We had a wonderful dinner at Birdie Bar. Loved the place and the overall vibe. We had the bread, wings and the the spring rolls. All delish. It didn’t stop there order steak and the burger for dinner - all cooked to perfection. Our waiter Joe was awesome. Loved his recommendations! For dessert we tried the coconut cake and the berries. Everything was delish. We would definitely come back!! Thanks Birdie Bar for a wonderful evening!!!

    It was a great experience. The restaurant is beautiful, we were greeted by every server/employee that passed us/helped us. Our server was polite and checked on us often. The ambiance is lively which we loved. I can’t wait to go back!

    I had a 6:45 reservation on a Tuesday evening. We were seated as soon as we arrived. Every table was full. The dining area was very noisy. Our waiter came over right away. He was very attentive to us. The food was excellent and it was a large portion. I will say that the food is expensive but excellent quality.

    Ordered the Pork Sliders, the crab cake, tuna tartare, and grilled Caesar as appetizers all were incredible! 3 out of 5 people at the table ordered the Filet and it cut like butter, the salmon and halibut were ordered and were awesome as well. The ice cream sundae was okay, but the berries and cream w lemon zest were to die for!! Ended the night with a cappuccino and that was great as well! Great cocktail selection as well, with some fun combos

    Renovation of this prior space was nicely done. Diners should know that all dining is upstairs (perhaps some at the downstairs bar, but I didn't see). The main issue is the noise level. Way to loud for conversation (for us anyway). Food was fine.

    Wonderful experience. Get there early or stick around to get a drink in the lounge/bar. Creative fish dishes and apps were amazing. Cozy, fun vibe. Definitely order the bread. Only complaint: take down the photo of Trump playing golf.

    If you're glutten free or on a low sodium diet, don't even bother with this place. We started at the bar for a drink while we waited for our table. Drinks were weak and sweet, so if you're looking for a sugar high, then this is the place for you. You're not going to get a buzz. When we got to the table, we informed the waiter of dietary restrictions. We both ordered a salad and an entrée. My salad came out, and we waited 10 minutes for the second salad to arrive, and when it did, there were problems as it had fried onions, we asked if they had a dedicated fryer, and got a puzzled look, so we assumed that's a no. Not a great start for a glutten free diet. Had to wait for fresh silverware for a bit after our Entrées got there. Everything was overly salty and my steak was swimming in gravy. Asparagus was under cooked, mashed potatoes were creamy but very salty. I will say this, the steak was cooked to the perfect temperature. The other dinner was supposed to be chicken, but it could have been cardboard. It took a bit of water to choke down the one bite I had. Did I mention it was salty? I go out to dinner for someone else to do the cooking and to be waited on. I hate paying over $200 for 2 people for weak drinks, eh food, and mediocre service. There are too many other choices out there to give this place a second look.

    We absolutely loved the food! The bread was amazing. The apps we ordered were outstanding! The entrees were exceptional! The stir fry was delicious. The filet cooked perfectly. Burger was outstanding. Lastly the ribs were plentiful and delicious as well. Unfortunately the bar was not matching the food. We were there for 1.5 hours and couldn’t get drinks. We even ordered drinks prior to dinner for a second round but they never showed up until after we finished. Delicious meals, no drinks. Then when it came it was NOT a martini. I was told the bartender was new and maybe order a dif drink. So I did and that was all lime juice and again no good. Over an hour and half and couldn’t get drink so just drank it but ruin the who vibe not having drinks with dinner. They are new so totally get it but no one apologized, her approach chanted after that and was not friendly. I guess she was stressed. Just wish someone would have acknowledged what happened cause hide from it. Party of 5. 2 non drinkers bill was $500.
