Enjoy the comfort of a Wisconsin-style supperclub with an Experimental American brewery, all overlooking the beautiful waterfront of Long Lake. Ingredients are locally sourced and menus are seasonal. Please dress up or dress down. Have a date or bring your kids. Remember to contact us for all your private event parties and gatherings. Reservations are available in the Supperclub. Walk-in Seating is available in the Brewhouse and at both the Supperclub and Brewhouse Bar. Enjoy our beautiful lakeside views on Long Lake and our fresh brewed beer from Birch's Brewery.     We enjoyed the clam linguine and steak frites. Very good. Pretty view, quiet on a Wednesday evening. Our bartender/server was very nice.

    We had 7 PM reservation - arrived at 6:50 and spent over 30 minutes standing in the lobby - the story changed from time-to -time. Then seated in a booth in a high traffic area with other customers stopping to chat within feet (inches?) of our booth. A guy who might have been the manager stopped to thank us near the end and gave us a $15 off coupon for future - but no mention of the seating issue so it might have been something he gave to everyone. Server was friendly but some lapses. Out of prime rib - OK - we were late in the evening - but also out of Thousand Island Dressing???

    The experience and food here was lovely, but it wasn't worth even half of the $90/person we paid for the experience. Loved the shrimp and the deviled eggs. The beef was excellent. We were the last to leave, so they sent us home with free cupcakes. I'm sorry to say that we won't be back. We can't afford to pay triple of what we were paying six years ago.

    Typically when we eat at Birch's the food, ambience, cost and noise level is very good. On Easter it was very chaotic and we will never return on a holiday brunch again. Also, the cost was exorbitant.
