Hi, The feed back i received was amazing in every aspect, however it lacked good customer service, there was no real label service, as pots of tea could of been refilled with hot water, as the tea was of high quality. Label service was lacking.

Staff weren’t very friendly. Ordered champagne had none on hand. They had to go and purchase a bottle. Went to order another round of drinks and again not available. Overall not the experience we thought we would have for the cost.

This was given to me as a Christmas present and My friend and I were very happy with the whole experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Binky High Tea House for anyone who was looking for a place to go for this wonderful experience. Thanks

A truely lovely experience. The food delicious, the service attentive and friendly, lovely relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend this high tea.

Lovely food and atmosphere Was served our food and we never saw anyone again Considering we were the only ones in the joint the customer service was poor

We have been a couple of times. The servings became smaller and you had to chase staff to request anything

The service was great. Inside was comfortable to sit and chat while the time flies past. When you look at the high tea food tray, you think to yourself, "This isn't going to fill you up", but it does. I'm definitely taking my husband next time.

We were a group of long time friends having a catch up hightea. The food was scrumptious and the scones were the best we have ever had. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Decor was so pretty. We all had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.
