   Was nervous based on some reviews but I actually disagree with a lot of them. The food was sooo amazing and worth the price you pay which wasn’t terrible! Ambiance and live music was perfect! Can’t beat the views sitting outside! Great experience!

   Food and drinks, similar to all of the restaurants at Fairmont, are extremely overpriced and not good!!!!!

   They failed to put dressing on my salad. Our waitress never came back to our table to check on us to make her aware. When I told her when we paid our bill she didn’t seem too concerned.

   Beautiful venue and good service. The food was not great. Sashimi was very mid and cut poorly. Japanese cheesecake is not a Japanese cheesecake. Drinks were overpriced for the quality. Overall, an overpriced mid restaurant. Hotel is beautiful and venue stunning.

   Having the Robatayaki Grill with the seafood menu was a terrific choice. The grill was served with everything cooked to perfection and stayed warm over the glowing charcoals as I finished the Endamame which were fantastic. Turning my attention to the grilled main course with an ample variety of seafood served with the flavorful dipping sauces was a remarkably delicious experience with every bite.

   Neither my mother nor I could finish our meals. Terrible. Really disappointed in the quality and taste.

   Excellent meal. Ambiance was wonderful with all the lights and torches. Would eat there again. I am gluten free and they had a lot of options for me. The chicken appetizer was delicious!

   The atmosphere was amazing. Server was very inexperienced and slow to provide service. My Wagu short rib was the worst cut of meat I’ve ever had at an upper end restaurant. Overall top 3 worst meals ever on vacation.

    We’ve been several times before and the first couple of times were very impressed with the food and staff. The last couple of times things got progressively worse in terms of service and this visit was the worst by far. We had unbelievably slow service from the wait staff; the restaurant wasn’t crowded but every step took way too long. Dinner was a 2.5 hour affair unnecessarily. It took 20 minutes before any wait staff approached the table and continued like that throughout the night. The menu has changed for the worse. Food was overpriced and smaller in size. While the location is great and the support staff worked hard to refill waters and clear the table when we were finished, we will not be returning.
