   Great pizza and hummus/woodfired flatbread was delicious. Long wait for food and when I went to check on our order after 50 minutes they were just about to buzz us and apologised for delay saying they hadn’t realised they had the order. All good as we weren’t in a rush. Good value glasses of wine. Nice outdoor area.

   Fabulous location with great food. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and would visit again. Only downside was that booking was lost but luckily we were still able to get in.

   My review is mainly regarding the BOOKINGS not the restaurant, food, staff, etc. Essentially I suggest you don't bother booking a table here. Firstly there was a concert on the next day which wasn't stated anywhere on the bookings system or made clear on the website, anyway the view was ruined by event staff, scaffolding, huge stages, portapottys, etc. Not that we could see absolutely anything from our table, which was jammed in a dark back corner next to a door and the musician... so nor could we have a conversation unless we literally yelled at each other. If you want to come here, don't make a booking, or if you do, be prepared to stand up no where near your table anyway. Also check for upcoming concerts.

   Great simple pizzas with a nice quiet outlook over the valley 😊 Granted we did go on a Monday so I’m sure a Saturday and Sunday would not be so quiet. Great place 👍🏼

   This is the second time we've been here and had absolutely dreadful pizza. The view and the ambience was incredible. The service was sensational. But the food was just so far below what would be expected reasonably. It may be that the oven needs a look in for better temperature control (one of ours had almost an entirely burnt bottom and the other almost entirely undercooked crust) or perhaps the staff need better training? So disappointed.

   Bimbadgen is the perfect vineyard to spend your Sunday, enjoying delicious Wood fired pizzas & Salad, with great wine & being outside in the beautiful outdoor area with an Awesome view is just the best way to end a weekend. The wine tasting was great also, I loved the Sparkling Semillon was definitely my favourite. Being locals in the Hunter Valley this is truly one of those beautiful vineyards that makes you feel welcomed & completely relaxed.

   Enjoyable lunch, easy booking process even with it raining. We sat outside under cover and they had gas heaters keeping us warm. Table service and pizzas were fantastic! Lovely area to sit great ambience. Our booking at 11 am was great for us, we were 1st ones there, it started to pick up and become noisey when we left, but still a great place to have lunch.

   Quite loud on Friday night of the long weekend... but we love the pizzas and the staff are great 🤩👍

   Waited for 20-30 minutes, still didn’t get served or even offered drinks. We left and went elsewhere. Such a pity, such a beautiful location and so much effort gone into gardens etc.

    What a hidden treasure!! Courtyard pizza dining with the pizza cooked before your eyes. The view is amazing. We ate in the evening and the staff were so helpful finding us a heater so we could eat under the stars. The local wine by the glass was delicious (try the Fiano). And the pizza!! YUM!! We are so going back for a leisurely lunch next time we are in the Hunter.
