I haven’t been here in about a year, but this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long while. Great customer service, food was amazing and the cocktails were just right. Thank you, David for a phenomenal experience.

Great ambiance and experience
We had a great meal, service was fantastic. We weren’t rushed, we loved it.
However I had put in in the notes on our open table reservation that we were celebrating a 50th bday and that was never mentioned.

Everything about our experience at Billy Can Can was great. Derek was our waiter and he was spot on with all his recommendations, he didn’t rush us on anything, personable without being over bearing. We started with the Deviled Eggs and Dueling Sausages, both perfect for the four is us to share. He recommended the Fresh Catch which I tried - Line caught Ruby Trout, with heirloom green beans, new potatoes, and almond soubise, all perfect flavors and textures.
We were seated in the back room, which at first we thought we wouldnt like as much as sitting in the main room, but with the quieter space, easier for conversation, and the moody feel actually worked out great.
Would definitely recommend!

We had a nice meal with very cool touches. They even topped our special occasion off with a gift of bubbly!
Someone was a bit heavy handed with salt on a couple of the dishes, but suspect that was a fluke. It was overall a creative menu and great dining experience. Loved the drinks and the bartender was super friendly, as was our server.
Recommend deviled eggs and venison tartar. My son loved the boar lasagne although I never got to try it before he licked his plate clean.
Wish they had fans on the outside patio, but maybe there’s some kind of ordinance as I didn’t see any at the patio across the street either.
We went for restaurant week and it was amazing. The deviled eggs, steak, banana pudding were all outstanding. Really impressive menu that is very unique. We are thankful they added some table and chairs outside for a few diners to avoid the crowds inside. Our waiter, Jacob, was very prompt, friendly and knew the menu and ingredients quite impressively. Definitely recommend.

Parking sucked. No valet. Food amazing from start to finish. I had the deviled eggs, skillet corn bread, Brussel sprouts , steak frites (I got them cooked medium) they were perfectly cooked on the inside - over cooked edges for my personal liking but still overall amazing) I had the cobbler for dessert. The ice cream paired with it - not sure of the flavor but MAN! Wow!!! Scrumptious. Oh and I had the shrimp ceviche. Wow!!
Bring back the valet and I’ll be back. Took me 23 minutes to find parking. That’s a damper for sure.
We loved everything about the evening.our server Herman was fantastic! Helped us with menu questions and made my birthaversary really special! We had oysters which were great and also tried the heirloom salad — amazing combination of tomatoes w just the right seasonings. Had the bison lasagna and it was fantastic . I would eat that again tonight!! For dessert we had the fruit cobbler and banana pudding. One of our guests said the pudding was the best he ever tasted . We loved it all!
We felt the tables were too close but other than that, everything else was enjoyable.
We had the restaurant week menu. We had all four appetizers- deviled eggs, ceviche, tomato salad, and sausages. All en pointe. The entrees were all delicious and the cobbler for dessert was absolutely yummy. I want it again today. We ate in the bar area which has a great lively vibe snd cool music.

Billy Can Can has always been one of our favorites. Restaurant Week menu did not disappoint. We also appreciate that they have Texas wines on their menu. We like to support our state's wine makers.
If it was sex, I'd do it again.
The same consistence experience every visit, awesome from the drinks to the food to the service, definitely one of if not our favorite restaurant. Shout out to the entire staff at BCC. Love me the 32oz porterhouse and just about everything else on the menu.
Great food and drinks, excellent service
Good food at a reasonable price, very fast and friendly service. Fun decor though hard to get away from the feeling of a corporatized dining experience. But that's Victory Park dining for you. Definitely would eat here again before a downtown event. Recommend the cornbread and deviled eggs. Very common on menus these days but theirs are a cut above. Blue crab ravioli and wildboar lasagna also good but I should note both unexpectedly a little spicy. Fine for me and lots of people in Dallas but won't be pleasing to folks who really prefer no heat in a dish, or at least not in every dish.
Very nice food. The deviled eggs were a delight as always. The market fish and fries were of "we'll definitely be back" quality. The evening could have been superb if music was a wee bit less loud, and the wait more prompt taking orders.
Wonderful first time dining experience - food & service were top notch, the vibe was energetic but chill, great music, easy to visit! Just a delightful evening - will definitely be back!
Went for Restaurant Week and enjoyed the food so much. The heirloom tomato salad was fantastic. Great cocktails and dessert, banana pudding with a delicious twist. Service was attentive. Already trying to decide which dish to order next time.

Our group went for Restaurant Week because we had heard good things about the restaurant, and we were certainly not disappointed! The decor created a rustic and authentic saloon vibe, and the service was excellent. We enjoyed a tomato, onion, and toasted bread savory salad, either the pork chop, salmon, or steak for our entree, and unanimously chose the peach cobbler for dessert. It was four small, crunchy shortcakes over fruit, with a buttery, sauce, topped with ice cream! So yummy. I will definitely come back here....
