We were surely not lucky but we came in a group and the food was really not the best. The mix plate starter was good but for the main dishes there is nothing to write home about. We had a poor service apart from the male waiter(we didn’t get his name who was more friendly and attentive) the others really need improvement. The desserts were good but one order was missed when we highlighted that before leaving as it was on our bill, one of the female waiters tried arguing but when she realised she was wrong she asked us to still pay for the coffee included, the manger finally sorted it out by letting us have a takeaway coffee. Some of the waiters need to work on their professionalism. I would recommend it for starters and desserts but the service received at the end spoilt the whole experience

My food arrived later than my family members who had finished their lunch before my meal arrived. We were provided a complimentary dessert for one to apologise. Which was nice! However the music was so loud and we had to ask three times to order our food as it appeared they just wanted be on chairs first. I love Bills so this left me a little tasteless. I’ve paid a £1000 for my kids parties last year in Bills Kingston and we were literally bowled over by the support and service usually. My husband before even ordering asked if we should leave for another restaurant but I went against my better judgement. I’m sorry this wasn’t my usual five star review.

We love going to Bill’s as they always meet and often exceed our needs as a family. Dave and T were great and they were also short staffed. Would absolutely visit again as it’s a family favourite

Great location with really helpful staff (Sam). The food was nice but could have been warmer. Enjoyed the 25% discount voucher with no limitations. Would have liked a better choice of breakfast items such as a bacon / sausage roll / sandwich.
