   The food looks and tastes very good. We didn't have to wait long at all. Staff was very nice and efficient. I'd definitely recommend. We've been back a couple of times.

   Eten was prima, goede variatie tussen burgers maar ook gezondere opties. Bediening was heel vriendelijk maar er ging veel mis. Ik heb meerdere keren moeten vragen om tafelwater, bestek, mayo. De espresso achteraf is al helemaal niet gekomen, toen heb ik het opgegeven. Stond ook niet op de rekening overigens.

   It was horrible service was rude and grumpy , paid £25 for pancakes on £5 bottomless pancake day and they didn’t say anything , thieves at the most, worse Bills to go to !

   It was excellent to be at Bills again! We took advantage of my birthday offer. The lovely bottle of Prosceco was much appreciated!

   Disappointing visit. Felt staff were inattentive to us compared to the table next door. Order was wrong, items were forgotten. Food was ok but not very hot, ordered a burger that was cooked well but accompanied fillings were cold. Wouldn’t hurry back

   Very busy as it was half term and kids eat free. Staff were lovely but service was a bit slow.

   It was mother's day so it was incredibly busy. Good thing I made a reservation so I did not have to wait long before a table became available. The staff members were very overwhelmed but still kept a professional and kind service. However, this did not overshadow the fact the service was very poor. Both our small plates and desert came with no cutlery or tissue. I had to go and find it myself! We were forgotten about a couple of times both for asking for extra dipping sauce. My dessert arrived with the wrong accompaniment and it took so long for the correct one to arrive, I had literally finished my warm cinnamon doughnuts. I have dined at Bill's many times in various locations and Greenwich on mothers day was the sloppiest, unorganised service ever! I would not recommend to go on occasion days as they can't handle the pressure service wise.

   The vibes were immaculate and so was the service. We expected a little more options for the pancakes though.
