This was our second visit, and once again, the food did not disappoint — everything we ordered was delicious and clearly prepared with care and quality ingredients. However, we were quite disappointed with the service this time. Unfortunately, the waiter who served us came across as rather unfriendly and, at times, even arrogant. This attitude wasn’t only directed at us, but also towards the guests seated next to us, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere overall. It’s a shame, because our first experience here was truly wonderful — largely thanks to the warm and welcoming service we received from Mariana (I believe that was her name). Her professionalism and friendliness left such a great impression on us, and we were actually looking forward to coming back because of that. While the food still makes this place worth considering, the service we received this time has made us hesitant. I won’t rule out returning in the future, but I would definitely need to feel reassured about the overall experience before committing to another visit.

This was Father's day, but having lost my dad it was an opportunity to celebrate life. The restaurant staff helped me to do just that. It was a therapeutic experience. I will definitely be becoming back.

We dined at Bill’s Covent Garden this evening and found the experience a bit of a mixed bag. The décor and overall setting are pleasant, while upstairs felt cool and comfortable, downstairs was noticeably warm and stuffy, making the meal feel less enjoyable. Both my husband and I ordered the duck curry for our main. Unfortunately, what we were served neither looked nor tasted like duck — it was far more like chicken in both appearance and flavour, which was disappointing. Service also left something to be desired. The staff didn’t come across as particularly friendly or attentive — it felt more like they were there to get through the shift rather than to provide a warm or welcoming dining experience. Overall, while the restaurant has potential with its charming setting, there are definitely improvements needed in food quality, consistency, and customer service.

We booked ahead of time as we had a wheelchair user in the group. It was a tight squeeze to get the wheelchair in, and they wound up asking her to move because she was in the way. There were multiple mistakes with our order. The mains were good, but the fries were cold. I wouldn't mind eating here again, but I would not go out of my way.

We actually ate there twice while in London last week. Great breakfast with a varied but not overly large selection, meaning they focused on quality over quantity. Coffee was delicious, service was great, and the open table reservations - even made an hour before we ate - saved a lot of time for Sunday brunch! Highly recommend!

Nice food and nice drinks. Vegetable milk available with several option no extra cost. Plant based English breakfast worth it.

A reasonable range of choices for all 3 courses and good selections of drinks. A good welcome from front of house and our sever, Sertan. Order was taken in good time and food served with a suitable interval though it’s possible that our mains had been delayed but it suited our pace of eating, a 10-15 minute pause between courses is perfect. Food was good quality and tasty so happy with our pre-theatre meal. Sertan was cheerful and made sure our drinks were topped up and we had what we wanted.
