We ordered the £5 bottomless pancakes deal and asked for sauces/syrups/toppings to be on the side so we would choose how much of each to have (so could decide how sweet we wanted them). First round of pancakes took a long time to arrive (30 mins), subsequent rounds were quicker. Pancakes were fluffy (and filling). Toppings were all good, although the Berry option was tart, but ok with the cream. As part of the deal we had to order a drink each (so closer to £8-£10 pp total cost), and we ordered a soya milk hot chocolate and a regular hot chocolate, but when they arrived the waiter wasn't sure which was which, so had to bring another (soya) hot chocolate. Toilets would have benefitted from being cleaned more regularly, may have been dirtier than usual due to it being a very busy period. Waiters gave good service despite being worked off their feet. Pancakes were consistent and good value, although not spectacular.

We waited ages for our food, our waiter was very nice and when I asked about food said, "It's coming now" but it didn't. When we asked again he said when he went to the kitchen they were all just stood there and he had to "complain at them" to get on with it. Our food finally came after about 35 minutes, at which point we just shovelled it down because we had a theatre booking. Food was fine but didn't have time to taste it.

We had a great experience, Wedson welcomed us warmly and took good care of us! Lots of food choices and very tasty. Would recommend!

We went to Bill's London Bridge for brunch on a Sunday, and given the popular time and location I thought that the restaurant was not too busy or noisy. We were able to have a conversation comfortably whilst enjoying our meal. The service was friendly, however, the food did take a very long time to come, although I understand it is a large venue. The food in itself was both a hit and a miss: my friends had the Garden Plate and both loved it, whilst I had the gluten-free breakfast burger and thought that it lacked taste and was a little too much meat and a not enough of the rest. However, I also ordered the hash browns as a side, which were excellent.

Food service was slow, and drinks service was a joke. The restaurant was busy, but none of the staff were flat-out (and tables were empty). Food was fine, but not worth the wait (or price).

Very poor service, we were never served twice by the same person and had to ask to be served. Slow food arrival and they didn't take plates and glasses away. There appeared to be sufficient staff and it wasn't busy. Good was OK but some was cold such as the poached eggs.
