   We have always like it...even though Chef Ross is gone the new Chef was just as good if not better... She came to our table twice and checked on us...Very professional..We are locals and will continue to sponsor it...and tell our friends...

   The menu was extremely limited. Portions were on the small size. I felt reviews of the restaurant were not accurate in portraying the quality of the experience. Much better choices are to be found in the town of Telluride, which is readily accessible via the free gondola.

   This small quiet restaurant is tucked into the Lumiere at Mountain Village, and is one of our favorites in Telluride. The food was excellent and the service top notch. The menu is a bit limited, but the selections provide something for everyone (meat, fish, veggie, etc). Prices were comparable to most upscale Telluride restaurants. We will definitely be back!

   We were on vacation in Telluride. Our fishing guide suggested we come to this restaurant. Service was ok. They have a small menu and were out of the sashimi which is one of the things we wanted to order, we ended up getting the cheese/meat platter which was good. We got the mozzarella and tomato salad. It was good too but could have had more mozzarella to go with all the tomatoes. Our 2 kids ordered the salmon and they said it was good. My husband and I both ordered the shrimp pho and it was good as well. The restaurant is pretty small. Not sure there was any other people having dinner. There were people at the bar who were loud. Overall it was an a good experience.

   Bijou is truly a hidden gem. Very attentive service and farm fresh food with a very creative chef. Menu changes with fresh produce available.

   Menu is quite small, but good wines by the glass. Apps (Spring Roll/Sashimi Combo and Tuna Tartare) contained good quality fish but tartare and spring roll seemed under-seasoned. Short rib main course was excellent and the highlight of the meal. Nothing wrong with the seared tuna main, but not exciting either.

    Bijou (formerly the Little Bar) is not easy to find but well worth the effort. From the Sunset Plaza in Mountain Village in front of the Lost Creek Inn, take the steps between Lost Creek Inn and La Piazza, walk around the small traffic circle and enter Lumiere Hotel. Immediately upon entering take the elevator to the fourth floor. BOOM, you're there!
