Four stars for the service. Prompt and courteous. Good on them for doing what they could in the middle of a crazy heatwave. One star for everything else. There is no air conditioning and indoors stank of rancid grease. So the only choice was to sit outside, which was actually not as awful despite the +30°C heatwave. At least it didn’t smell funny. The BBQ was “OK”. The chips made in old frying oil. The beans and mac & cheese looked miserable, dry and crusty. Soggy coleslaw. £25 “jumbo” shrimp basket had maybe 10 tiny shrimps on a bed of shrimp crackers. The wings looked as sad as Pizza Hut wings!! I don’t think we’ll be going back. This was our second visit in ~5 years (first time visiting the Stratford branch). It’s still as disappointing as it was before. It’s an even more joyless TGI and destined to join them eventually.

Who doesn’t like a Monday night BBQ with live music. Had a really attentive, courteous waiter and the food was as expected. Nothing fancy, but just a nice wholesome evening. The only change I am less keen on is paying using the QR code, I quite like a traditional receipt I can see, but that’s a personal preference.

We booked via OpenTable for 11.30am, however the Big Easy doesn’t open at 12pm. We were informed of this fact by a very rude man who spoke to us as if we were stupid for arriving at the time of our booking. We didn’t get a chance to try the food because the restaurant wasn’t open when we were told it would be, and the attitude of the staff didn’t make us want to try again.

Overall pretty good. There are better bbq options in London that I have tried. It was very convenient for West Ham and despite being busy it was good service. The rib bites were very good. The brisket was ok and the burger was good

Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good. It was very noisy and the tables were packed in very densely, which wasn't so great.

If you want good BBQ in London I would recommend The Bug Easy. Being from Texas and visiting some friends who hadn’t had it I. A long time this was just the spot. Good ribs, brisket and li is etc. overall very good BBQ and I would definitely recommend for those look for a good BBQ experience. Even had a duo on a Friday night playing some country. I don’t think you can go wrong at this joint. Near the ABBA experience as well, 15 minute walk. That’s a good night!

Was welcomed and greeted very courteously. Offered an intimate place to sit. The restaurant was incredibly quiet with minimal staff. The host was incredibly lazy as they had said I needed to attend the bar for 2 4 1. As someone with accessibility needs (non visible), this was overwhelming. With my partner leading and me giving positive self-talk and meditating/calming techniques, I placed an order in which the bar host (black) set the standard and also offered/asked what we liked and encouraged recommended options. (High standard of customer service, and also brought the drinks to our table). This is the reason for an overall pleasant review. The food was ordered quickly, and the waiter was attentive, understanding, and also alerted a 10 min countdown to when the bar closed. My partner ordered the Big Easy version of a Seafood boil bag (bring gloves, though, like I did). He wanted a larger portion but thoroughly enjoyed it with his sides calamari and creamy mash. However, I had the popcorn shrimp, chicken tenders (incredibly seasoned) with sweet potato fries, and both starters came with side sauces. I will definitely return on a Thursday as I love the steak and lobster combo deal. Every day between Monday - Thursday there's a deal. Every day us happy hour ALL DAY. Highly recommended for dates, anniversary, birthday parties, Hen Party/Stag Do (responsible) Christmas meals or any other occasion. I will be back after commuting more than 5 hours, thanks to the Big Easy Crew as a whole. Had a boozy time and went home with a goody bag (leftovers).

The food is good, the service is good, overall it is great. But what isn’t good is the live music which is really loud and next to the tables. You can’t talk to anyone. My Apple Watch started alerting regarding the noise that it’s too loud. I understand it is a good vibe but maybe move the stage on the side or open the upstairs which has tables but no staff.
