   An incredible anniversary dinner, staff were incredibly helpful start to finish and dishes were incredible

   Hotel breakfast was exceptional. Loud but to be expected at 9am on a friday!

   We have used the Big Blue on numerous occasions and always been very pleased with all aspects but this time the food wasn't too good we had the set menu , I ordered the Pork Schnitzel which was very tough couldn't cut it so I left it all. The staff although very polite was not very attentive we asked one member of staff for some water she said she would bring it straight away but never came back , and although we waited quite a while for them to remove the plates and ask for our dessert order we left without it

   Breakfast was booked for 8am self service, it was very nice plenty to choose from

   Food really nice, value for money and staff very pleasant, have stayed at the Big Blue a few times and enjoyed the food there every time both Breakfast and Evening meal

   Food value for money and always very good 👍, staff at the hotel are always helpful when needed and the hotel itself is clean and tidy, nothing to complain about, always had a good experience at the Big Blue

   Good overall service plenty choice of hot and cold food Staff helpful and efficient Would definitely come back but no during school holidays

    The rooms was great for a family The breakfast was spoilt for choice best English we had Staff was very helpful We had a cosy stay 2 day pleasure beach tickets included in the price if you book direct Definitely be back
