   The ambience is beautiful. The wait staff does not have a good grasp of English. We found it a bit difficult to communicate! The service was quite slow. This was our second time at the restaurant.

   The food was good although I never had shrimp scampi in a red sauce. The tuna tartare was excellent. The server seemed very unsure of himself but overall was very attentive and pleasant.

   Went on a Sunday based on the good reviews and we were the only ones in the restaurant. There was no bartender and only one server, So no service issues. Out of the 3 Meals, only one was truly great. Probably caught them on an off night.

   First time experience and we were definitely satisfied. The ambiance is very nice, my husband’s whole branzino with Bouillabaisse sauce was excellent, my sea bass was very good. I had a side dish of pasta that I asked for al dente... was cooked perfectly. Our friends had the spaghetti bolognese...one liked it ..the other didn’t . The gelato was good especially that they had my favorite flavor stracciatella ! Their coffee machine was not working so sadly we could not have affogato...or cappuccino....but we will definitely be back.

    The restaurant was empty but we went at 4pm which is an off peak time. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive and the food was good. It was a tad pricey for pasta but there were no complaints or issues from our part. We would probably not go back there since there are so many better options in the area.

    A lovely restaurant , great server but very slow service . We had to chase our food order several times even though the restaurant wasn’t busy . The food was delicious but we were feeling fed up by the time it arrived . Poor management , our server was very apologetic but we had no response from the management and he didn’t seem bothered about our complaint .

    Reading reviews and it being our first night in Miami we thought it looked a good choice. Pretty empty restaurant upon arrival with a couple of table taken and two biggish groups. The decor and style of the restaurant looked great. Got seated and then it when on a downward spiral.... no water/attention for about 15 mins whilst it was evident there were a lot of staff! Server then took our order, pleasant enough and explained things. Refreshments arrived and not long after one of the appetisers..... plate got cleared away, another ten minutes then server (who had gone a.w.o.l) came and asked if all was good. Then explained my appetiser had not yet arrived just as main courses arrived! They were taken away with utter confusion amongst the staff. When the Server came back he said they would bring my appetiser out shortly and ‘keep our dishes warm’ - not something that should really be done with pasta I think! We said don’t worry we’ll just have our mains. Another time lapse before mains came out again together with offer of the appetiser ‘on the house’. The food overall was pretty poor, the appetisers the best element, chicken hard and vodka pasta pretty flavourless. Asked for more drinks which by now we were not surprised did not arrive. Even organising the bill seemed a big event, the bills got swapped out once put on the table and even then the ‘on the house’ appetiser featured! Having to wait for a revised bill when all the staff seemed more interested in setting tables and making drinks topped it off. I loathed having to pay the 18% service (which I questioned if optional and was told no I had to pay it). As experienced diners in both the UK and overseas, I can honestly say this place was a shocker. No I don’t recommend it, look elsewhere.

    The food was good however the service was not. The server never brought two of our appetizers and we couldn’t find her for a long period of time. We ended up canceling our apps. Service was very slow.

    Beautiful restaurant. Attentive, friendly service. Waiter did not tell us about specials which we heard other wait staff informing other patrons about. We ordered two appetizers, mussels were very good. Caesar salad was good, beautiful be presentation. Pasts ai Funghi was a little bland, Linguini with clams very good. Noise level a little high. Yes, I would definitely try this place again.

    Everything about Biella Ristorante was delightful. We were only in town 4 nights and visited here twice. Service was incredible. The food was so delicious. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

    We were on vacation and wanted a good neighborhood restaurant. We saw the reviews for Biella and decided to give it a try. It was excellent — convenient, convivial service from Matt, superb food, lots of choices, good music at a volume that allowed conversation, and a good vibe. We liked it a lot.

    Schlechte Vorspeise , auch die Hauptgerichte kommen keinem italienischen Essen nah. Burrata war sauer, Verfallsdatum abgelaufen, die Kellner hat dies wenig interessiert. Auf die Rechnung mussten wir eine halbe Stunde warten .

    Esperienza generalmente negativa Il locale si presenta bene sotto il profilo architettonico e molto funzionale. L’esperienza sotto il profilo della qualità del cibo è stata molto negativa. Eravamo 2 coppie ed il piatto principale sono stati 2 merluzzi e 2 cotolette fritte I due merluzzi erano poco cotti, privi di sapore e di scarsa quantità. Le due cotolette sono state solo assaggiate e lasciate in quanto di sapore viscido e fritte con olio vecchio e già molto usato (noi siamo stati i primi e quindi l’olio avrebbe dovuto essere pulito) Anche le patatine fritte avevano lo stesso inconveniente e si presentavano di cole scuro brunito. Nel complesso una pessima esperienza.

    We were a party of 4 on a Saturday night and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was outstanding and the restaurant was very obliging to help one of the members in our party who is gluten free. Both the manager and the owner came over to our table to introduce themselves (a nice touch) and we will definitely return. We wish this new restaurant the best of luck.

    This was our first time to the restaurant. Hector, General manager, was awesome. His staff gave us the exact amount of attention/service we needed. We started out with the kale and Caesar salad… Absolutely amazing. My wife had the scallops and I the lobster ravioli. It was so good I’m afraid I may not try anything else on the menu :-)

    The restaurant has a relatively nice decor. The service was mediocre and the food was not at the level we would expect for the price point. The pizza was dry, my pasta was not hot, and my wife’s tuna was unremarkable. Be warned that there is an automatic 18 percent gratuity, which is common in Miami.
