    The artificial floral arrangement centerpiece might make you think you’re at Disney’s Hollywood Tower Hotel - nope, that’s the décor for this restaurant. And it looks like it’s been wrestled a few times…. Limited menu, lacking ambience, average food (NO better than Olive Garden). Service was acceptable. I eat at Disney Signature restaurants often when I visit, and wanted to try one at Universal….mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the price. Wouldn’t return.

    My family and I came here again for the second time today. I didn’t think the first experience could be beat, but this dinner was incredible. The food is incredible, yes. However, it is 100% the service that makes BICE one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Our server this time was Julio. Julio is an absolutely amazing server: personable, knowledgeable, and genuine. Just an overall amazing person, and he definitely made this experience the best possible. Thank you, Julio!!!!!

    Our first experience at the restaurant was astounding, beautiful and delicious. The ambience was gorgeous and detailed. But our best part of the night was the service, our waiter Julio was perfect. He walked us through the menu with care and helped us decide our food. His attention to detail wooed us as well as his personality. It was a beautiful night, thanks to the staff at Bice.

    I took my husband for his birthday celebration dinner, and the place is beautiful and elegant. The service was superb, sadly I can’t say the same of the food some hits and missed. The apples fritter was delicious, however the crab cakes was mixed with some kind of flower and it was in chunks… terrible and my pasta was salty. My husband’s plate on the other hand was delicious.

    The food was amazing! Had the bolognese and ricotta and spinach dishes. Both outstanding. The bread they bring was delicious, had we known they bring bread and it was that good we wouldn’t have ordered the bruschetta (even though it was really good too!)

    Absolutely a wonderful experience! Ryan was the best server for us! He did an amazing job. Our food was perfect! Chef outdid himself! I definitely plan on coming back! The lasagna, “little hats” and the Bolognese was the BEST! Thank you for a wonderful time. Our daughters 18th birthday was perfect.

    Staff was fantastic, first impression was great. The Ossobuco was the best I've had in years! We had noted we were their for a wedding anniversary and the staff treated us like royalty. Not cheap, but worth every penny for the great experience!

    Incredible dinner with delicious, fresh pasta with everything made from scratch. Our waiter, Ryan, was exceptional as well. We truly enjoy good food and this place was perfect.

    Expected more from the food for that price. The handmade pasta was in of itself good but the two dishes we had , didn’t have much of a strong flavor (the Marsala sauce was bland ). A $16 Cesar salad was way overpriced. Nothing special. Great service and ambience. The two cocktails we had were excellent. Well balanced margarita and martini.

    We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Your website clearly states “dress code, business casual” which was not adhered to. Started with fritto misto; the calamari was very large, and chewy. Second, was tagliatelle Al prosciutto- honestly, was this “fresh” pasta? It was very heavy, chewy and not well presented. “Fresh tomatoes?” It did not have the taste of freshness. Main, scaloppine Di Vitello Piccata. The veal was not presented nice; three pieces laying on top of each other with asparagus on the bottom; not an appealing way to serve this dish. The potato au gratin, very flat, no flavor, no salt. Very disappointing, after reading the history of Bice and northern Italian cooking. My husband lived in northern Italy and we visit frequently; this meal did not meet our expectations; nor did you meet your own expectations as presented on your website. Thank you for allowing us to honestly share.
