Beautiful atmosphere and lovely menu. Sadly, Our waiter was awful. No personality and only checked on us at the end of our meal. Soup came out room temperature and when he came to the table to clear app plates didn't ask how anything was just cleared and moved on. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. Our gnocchi was on the "tough" side. Not aldente just tough. They top this dish with mozzarella that was half melted. We both ate and enjoyed the NY strip but we're hoping for a better experience in such a beautiful resort.

Bice has been my family’s favorite restaurant in Orlando for at least 10 years. Every meal that we have had has been excellent, and it is always our first thought for any type of special event or occasion. I don’t want to recommend it too highly because then I’ll never be able to get a table lol!

Being advertised as fine dining we were expecting more. The actual ambience was more of a mid level experience. The prices were not lined up with the food we were served. It was our anniversary dinner and we do not mind spending good money - but it has to be for good food, this was disappointing. We had a better cooked meal the next night at a competitor's on site "diner". We did receive a complimentary dessert that was thoughtful and tasty but we won't be booking again.
