First off the decor is old and dated, walking through the hotel the whole place seemed old and outdated. There is a lot of construction which made it difficult to find the restaurant. Second our food was just above average, think Olive Garden but slightly elevated. The worst item was the "Panzanella", it resembled a bowl of cubed up fresh bread with a couple tomatoes a whole bunch of red onion and some cucumbers, with a weird sour flavor, I took 2 bites and sent it back. No where near the level of Panzanella we have recently had. The part the really upset me was the Valet, Bice claims it is $8.32 but when you pay for valet they charge you $10.32, I don't care about the $2 but reason they claim is is different is due to card processing fee's but they won't let you pay cash, seems a little like a scam, but then again the whole place felt like that. Overpriced! Won't be back.

Great restaurant, good service, food was good but I’ve had better Italian food elsewhere. For a resort/universal studios, it was overall good, I’d come back for sure. Beautiful inside!

I've been to some nice restaurants before. But none as nice as Bice! Apon arrival Ivan our server put a coat rack/purse stand right next to me when he saw I was going to put it on my chair back. He also was super informative when I asked his opinion on a wine selection and I was not disappointed in his recommendation. Our food was beyond amazing. I have no words. I will be dreaming of that mushroom risotto until the next time. I was shocked at our check price and probably would've gotten another glass of wine and dessert had I not been so full and so content. 10/10 recommend. We will be back even if we stay at another hotel.

Consistently excellent food and cocktails. We are regulars at this restaurant. Staff are always professional and attentive. If you like fish, halibut has been added to menu and it was delicious. Their pasta dishes are over the top . We don’t eat red meat,so cannot comment on those selections. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best restaurant at Universal, but frankly, it is objective excellent. We always come here when we go to Universal. Don’t miss it. Service is excellent. They will do everything to make your experience a positive one. Food is fantastic.

The waiter was not friendly nor worth the 22% automatic tip, he was barely worth 18 percent.
