We had been to Bianco Rosso pre-pandemic ... We had a great meal We also dined outside once during the pandemic and again had a good meal. This recent outing ....we went back inside and this time we had a set of appetizers ( constructing our own personal small plates dinner ) all great...

The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was casual and inviting and the staff was very attentive. We had a member of our party with allergies and they went out of their way to make sure her food was perfect and allergy free. The manager David and our waiter Mohammed's attitudes were cheerful and they were a pleasure to be around. They made us feel more like family than customers. We were all from out of town, but I can guarantee if we lived closer Bianco Rosso would be a weekly destination.

We sat outside and it was very nice. The chairs are plastic and faded from the sun, but they don’t take away too much from the overall experience. Service was great! The food came out fast and was delicious.

We went for Mother’s Day dinner and there was a pre fixe menu that was not posted in their website . When we arrived at the restaurant the menu was at our table . Very disappointing . I ordered 2 sodas and was never told that refills were not free . The glass was so small and cost $3.00. Then I asked for bread and that never came . I eventually asked a bus boy to get it for us . Our servers mask was below his nose the whole time . There were screaming kids all over the place and tables were too close together . To top it off the food was not good at all . I couldn’t even eat mine because it was that bad . We will never be dining there again .
