Salute offers five distinct areas for dining: Al Fresco, a casual Bar, Lounge, Wine Room, and Main Dining Room.

We also have a full Bar, Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks to accompany your meal. Additionally, Salute imports Olive Oil and Wine from its own vineyards in Tuscany; which adds to the depth and authenticity of your dining experience.

The menu at Salute is varied and extensive, offering Bruschetta, Appetizers, Imported Italian Cheeses, Cured Meats, Salads, Pasta, and many other delicious entree choices.

                                                                                  The paparadella porcini pasta is so delicious that I daydream about it. Everything at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. Are used to live in New York City in this. I would put up against Eddie and the Italian restaurants I’ve eaten at in the big city.

                                                                                  We grateful to spend Easter Sunday at the restaurant. The staff was kind and welcoming and our food was delicious, especially the Grouper as it was Outstanding!

                                                                                  Our dinner at Salute was a memorable one. Our cocktails were generous pours. We ordered the Dover sole and the Branzino, which were deboned tableside, and deliciously prepared. The food prices were very fair. While their wine list contained many nice wine selections, the prices seemed to be unfairly inflated. If you go to Salute, ask for Imi (spelling?). She made our evening very special. She is professional, efficient, knowledgeable on the menu, and very personable.

                                                                                  we were there on a weeknight Weather was beautiful so it was quiet and mellow and very enjoyable. Great place to bring visitors from out of town to have dinner in the center of Sarasota in an outside setting.
