   Visiting Aspen for first time and limited number of restaurants open during May - overall excellent choice, food was delicious and the service was just superb. Noise was an issue - table next to us was loud and a big distraction and overall the noise could have been reduced by a few decibels overall.

   Even though we are local, never dined here. Our server Stephanie knew the dishes and wines, and her service as well as team coverage was beyond excellent. Halibut special was delicious. Hamachi appetizer perfect, bread a special treat, and desserts very unique to Aspen, equally delicious. Four of us, all enjoyed dinner immensely. Closing next day for off season, and no hint of "just get to tomorrow" in food preparation, ambiance, service or decor. Look forward to next dining experience there.

   The soufflé was delicious! Get the beet salad too, it was yummy. They were very accommodating of dietary restrictions.

   Enjoyed our time with the staff at Betula’s. The ambiance was amazing, staff was attentive and the food was cooked to perfection! Kudos to the chef. Was a special occasion and the folks at Betula’s made it perfect.

   Gorgeous restaurant. Great service. Terrific, creative food. Approachable. Aspen pricing, but I think a fair value. My waiter was welcoming and helpful, recommending (at my request) dishes that I wouldn’t have chosen on my own. For example, an octopus appetizer (Pulpo Anticuchero), and Peruvian Lomo Saltado that was done with tenderloin that was delicious.

   Overall wonderful experience, from the service to the food, the ambience and even the music. I was a little nervous when I saw a DJ but his taste was impeccable and the music level was perfect. The sommelier was especially a pleasure, and recommended a couple wonderful wines that paired perfectly with the food.

    Our waiter was incredibly rude. It’s hard to pay this much for dinner and be treated poorly. The food was OK. Presented beautifully. The interior of the restaurant is lovely. Incredibly noisy. If the waiter had treated us well, this review would be much different. He was condescending and generally very unpleasant

    We love the relaxed feel of this place. It reminds us a bit of Bonito in Saint Barts. We went on a weekday (Monday) The Bonito ceviche was outstanding. The Tiradito and lomo Saltado were amazing too. We definitely would return to try more dishes.

    My husband and I went to Betula to celebrate our wedding anniversary. What is an already special day was made even more special because we chose Betula. Wonderful food, drinks and an absolutely lovely staff, Mauro and all the team were so kind and thoughtful. Unforgetable dinner at Betula!

    The hostess should consider a different career ….Her personally is not suited to handle people and their various needs and numbers…she clearly never got the memo about making the customer happy …. We were 5 instead of 4 people and she said ‘listen I can’t seat you I also have a note last time you booked for 7 and came with 9 people” I guess they don’t want the business of my ever growing friends ….good luck Betula there are a lot of other friendly fine dining restaurants for my guests to be treated better :) saying that the waitress was Amazing !!!

    Betula was fantastic. The table had a great view and comfortable. The only issue we had was we ordered two desserts and only received one. My wife and I shared it but it was disappointing since we ordered from the time we sat down and reminded the server. Overall a nice night.

    If you are in Aspen, Betula is not to be missed! The unique flavour combinations for appetizers and main course offerings are so wonderful, one wants each mouthful to linger just a wee bit longer. The desserts are divine... all of them! Not only will your taste buds rejoice, the presentations are so visually appealing it takes will power to set your fork or spoon into these gastronomic art pieces. GO!

    Incredible experience - we loved all of the dishes we got, and our waiter did an awesome job of checking in on us and providing his input as we decided on our dishes. I would absolutely recommend Betula to friends and family, and my boyfriend and I would love to come back soon!

    Came to Betula's for a birthday celebration. Cocktails were great, service was great, but food was overtly overpriced. I ordered a shrimp dish for $50 and it was pretty much a glorified shrimp stirfry with 4 pieces of small shrimp. Not even the large succulent ones. Very disappointing and it was overcooked. We also got the roasted cauliflower, which I would pass on. It was literally just roasted dry, with no oil or seasonings. Not pleasant. For the price, I expect a higher caliber of food, but this was laughable. We did have a few standout dishes, which I can't remember, but it was some sort of carpaccio and I think elk.
