Betts - Cleveland
CURRENT AVAILABILITY IS NOT REFLECTED THROUGH OPEN TABLE.
"Betts" is a tribute to Elizabeth Schofield, wife of Captain Levi Schofield and our namesake. The space is cozy yet airy and feels like a mix between a restaurant and a very cool home that you’d happily want to reside in all day. Betts is inspired by American dishes we all know and love but reinvented with a thoughtful approach. The menu focuses on freshness, quality and whole foods put out from a predominantly scratch kitchen. It's easy to eat healthy here and it's just as easy to indulge- the menu has something for everyone.

We ate in one of the greenhouses, it was warm, cozy, and clean!
It was simply an amazing place to celebrate our 13 anniversary!
Wish there were more openings to come back. Love everything. The salmon was AMAZING!
It was so great! The Mac and cheese is a must try! The greenhouses are so cute!! And the drinks are really the hit of the night!
Food and service were excellent. Can't say I'm a fan of the new decor, but it was okay. Will go again.
Awesome food, very large portions. Will definitely be back!
First visit to this venue, post COVID. They have done a good job of respecting guidelines. Overall dining experience was fair. Server very pleasant and enthusiastic. Menu looked interesting with categories for vegan and keto. Two many issues were quality of food and space. This restaurant does not feel like dedicated dining space, rather feels like it is tacked on to a hotel bar eg, TV on and obvious. second, food served was lukewarm at best, main course served even before appetizer completed, cold bottle of rose plunked onto table unopened and not in wine cooler. this will need to get better before we return
Very satisfying brunch! Especially the super smooth nitro coffee cocktail.
I thought the restaurant had good vibes, nice ambience. This type of modern new American place is much needed in Cleveland… Since they are still a bit behind the times. It’s a great addition to the area, fresh and seasonal menu, and adequate customer service. I would go back and recommend especially for brunch.
Wonderful food and even better service! Top notch!
Hands down my new favorite spot in Cleveland. Exceptional service, delicious foods, and great cocktails.
They are still trying to work out the kinks of being a new restaurant. Our server appeared to not understand how to input an order into the system, which caused service to be every slow as well as the order in correct. I also chose this restaurant from good reports of COVID guidelines adherence. However during my time here and with a table facing the bar I saw many employees pulling their masks down touching there faces and pulling it back up all without sanitizing hands. I would try this place again, but likely give them a few months to figure things out.
Awesome service and great food! Felt safe while dining!
Stopped down to try out the new Betts and it did not disappoint. The new decor is cool but relaxed. The service was great and servers are very knowledgeable about the new menu. Cold brew on tap was perfect for Sunday brunch and the Breakfast Blunt was amazing! Definitely coming back soon!
Our server was friendly and very informative.
The dinner was delicious and full of flavor. We were not rushed thru the courses.
Love the atmosphere.
Will be back!!!
When my wife and I arrived we were seated at a table close to the bar. We each ordered a cocktail and shared an appetizer. We then ordered our entrees. Unfortunately, the entrée I ordered was not what I ordered. I specifically told the waiter that I was allergic to Blue cheese and could not have it on the wedge salad. Also, the streak I chose to come on the salad was missing. The server apologized and took the salad with him and told me he would have a new wedge salad out momentarily. During this time my wife finished her entrée as we were headed to see a show. My entrée came out 25 minutes after the waiter took my incorrect entrée back to the kitchen. By the time the correct entrée came out to the table we were VERY pressed for time so I refused the entrée and we paid the bill and headed to the show. Again, the service was good, however I am very disappointed I never had a chance eat my entrée. My wife and I have two very young daughters which makes it very difficult to have time to ourselves.....so this date night wasn't our best experience....
Best Salmon Cesar around.
Loved the ambiance!
The food was all spot on. The special was vioppino and the chef’s take on it was really great.
Only problem we had was it was restaurant week and they ran out of dessert. Gives me a reason to come back!
Food was very good but the restaurant was noisy. Waitress was attentive. We were seating in the main aisle and it was cold with the doors open to the hotel lobby.
Food and service was great!! We loved it so much we ate breakfast there too..
We had a wonderful dinner before a play!
Parker's is a great go-to restaurant when you need some good food and you forgot to make a reservation elsewhere--they always seem to have an opening. Consistently solid entrees and some very inventive and tasty appetizers and beverages. I am a fan.
We went to Parker’s before seeing a play at Playhouse Square. I had no expectations, but ended up very pleasantly surprised! The drinks were great. The burrata salad was amazing and the crab cake special was very good too. I will plan on coming back for sure!
We showed up a half hour early and got seated right away. The drinks were good however when we got the entrees, scallops for my wife and Chilean sea bass for me, I had a hair in my food. The waiter told me that “it’d be rare if there was” when I told him about the hair and took my plate to examine my plate closer to the light before taking it back. My wife ordered scallops which were cooked perfectly and when my fish came back out it was very delicious. I was told the manager would come over and speak to me but that did not happen and I had to request to speak to the manager myself. Overall it was very disappointing to not eat our Valentine’s Day dinner together. The flavor of the food once i got it was very good, however the service was okay at best and having a hair in my entree was disappointing.
Was sat down by the fireplace and had Kay (I think) as a server. She was amazing and really enjoyed the experience there. I can’t wait to return with other friends as my meal was also top notch!
Great place for business lunch. Good atmosphere, great food and solid service. Wait time for food was a little long, but the restaurant was busy.
Service was fine and the food was good. The location feels sparse, more like a bar than an upscale restaurant. Overall, Parkers is just ok. For the price, it comes up a bit short.
Our first opportunity to frequent this gem of a restaurant downtown. A nice quaint atmosphere, with an excellent menu. The tomato soup had a hint of bacon flavor that was unique and exceptional. The scallops & salmon were prepared wonderfully and tasted fabulous. We will definitely be back.
A bit miffed they did not have the ribs we wanted, but the chicken sandwich and fries more than made up for it. Best fries I’ve ever had. And the waitress was wonderful
Their steak is fantastic.
We have dined at Parker's many times. Being New Year's Eve it was busier than usual, service was slow (some food items were forgotten and took longer to arrive because of that) and the food wasn't up to par, which was surprising. I'd still recommend, but not on a major holiday like NYE.
Over priced for underwhelming food. Service was decent. Server was kind.
We ate brunch on a Sunday. It was very nice. Not a large restaurant, but an inviting place. Loved the large windows overlooking 9th Street and all the hustle and bustle over at the Metropolitan Hotel.
Not enough menus to go around, food was cold. We were a party of 3 seated at a 2 persons table. Too expensive for what they offer.
Food was horrible. It was cold, one entree was forgotten, bone in rib eye was small. Telling all friends to stay away.
Second time for Christmas Eve....always a nice time
Food was amazing. Service was just ok. My boyfriend asked for a second bloody mary, but it never came. The waitress was ssslllooowww and they weren't busy. This was a default selection, because our fav- Urban Farmer, was packed. This place has a nice view of the street, lots of action on the road facing the Metropolitan 9 building.
I recommend the parmesan biscuits and gravy. The tater tots ate really good, too.
Great service. Had to change our time on reservation. Josh was totally helpful and super friendly. Our server was great. Staff was warm and I’m not kidding, my husband’s porkchop was da’bomb. Pasta dishes were filling and yummy. We will definitely be back for more. Merry. Merry.
Great food and drinks! Cozy atmosphere. Would definitely go again!!
