Anniversary. We got there early and were seated right away.
Food was delicious as usual!
The food is fantastic. The bone marrow and chicken gizzard appetizers were absolutely delicious! The salumi plate was wonderful. I highly recommend eating everything on the appetizer list. The pastas were equally delicious.
The menu had changed in which they removed some of the most delicious dishes. We were very disappointed and felt the food wasn't the same.
No more chicken pate
No more Walnut Salad
Baked mussel dish no longer has claims
Brazino was different but was still good (Thank God)
Very unhappy with new menu... the elegance and harmony of the original menu that made Bestia what it is today is muted by the dull, uninspired new menu. Such a shame.
One of our favorite places to eat! Food and service is always amazing. If you can get a reservation you definitely can not fo wrong with anything on their menu. The newer menu items are phenomenal we had the lobster and ricotta and we were not disappointed! The herb pasta dish was a pleasant surprise as well I’ve never had mutton and was not expecting to love this dish. The service as alwayss was impeccable!
This was our first time and it did not disappoint! The service was great and everyone was kind and informative about the food. We will definitely be back!
This is one of my favorite restaurants in LA. I tried the porterhouse, the mussels, and the ricotta. All new menu items and they did not disappoint! And the servers are always so helpful and friendly.
The food was very bland. The pastas had average taste. The panna cotta was overly watery. Bestia has gone downhill since my first visit. I will not recommend it to my friends anymore.
Loved it! Best Italian food I’ve had in LA! Music / Vibe was perfect for a date.
Delish ricotta and handmade pasta. AND THE COCKTAILS!!!
amazing food! amazing service! had a great experience
One of the best price v value restaurants in the city. Stellar .
real love the food and wien list as well as the deserts
The music was a little loud this particular night and it was difficult to hear each other. Other than that, the food was pretty good. Miss Chef Ori.
Food was great. Received our first 3 dishes right after the other but waited about 20 min after the last dish for our pasta. Server didn't mention or say anything after waiting for so long. Wish the server was more attentive and at least acknowledged that the food was coming out.
Waiter and manager were snooty and refused to serve steak at temperature we asked. Spent well over $500 and couldn’t pay for an extra scoop of ice cream. It was my birthday and absolutely not a gift.
Option to select a quieter table upon reservation would be great!
Experience was perfect!
Overall dining experience was top quality. I recommend the chicken liver pate, truffle cavatelli, lemon creamsicle dessert and the pomegranate lemonade. When making the reservation, I thought our seating arrangement would be more intimate since I opted out of counter seating. We were sat at a bar top in front of a few line cooks. It was fun to watch, but not very intimate for a date.
Excellent service, Food amazing - and the Drinks very well made.
We loved every single dish we ordered.
If you like it quite - ask for the patio outside - the have heaters and even blankets.
We were very comfortable and could talk. For more energetic mood - eat inside.
Fun experience immersing ourselves for the evening seated at salad & charcueterie stations dining bar. Never considered squid ink Caesar salad until watching its preparation. Bone marrow with spinach gnochetti good as ever, mussels in pimenton-laced broth a flavors bomb. Offered out-of-norm white wine samples to pair with those mussels, all available by the glass.
Love this place! So Yummy. It’s like no other place I have been. Dishes like the bone marrow pasta are so unique and delicious. And I don’t usually eat bone marrow! But I will eat it here! The ambiance is industrial modern. Very Trendy.
The food is amazing. I don’t think I have come across one dish I that hate, and here, I am willing to try things out of my comfort zone.
Our 6th eating at Bestia it was phenomenal as usual
Literally ordered everything recommended online. All was generally good but found our main courses so/so.
Staff is great. Super friendly and quick to assist.
Place is a bit loud but I dig it. Feels very lively.
Spent 400 dollars between 2 people for dinner and drinks. Not sure if it was worth it.
Everything as usual was excellent. The food was on point! The truffle pasta was incredible. The atmosphere food ambience always mouthwatering. Chef Ori food and his wife’s desserts euphoric. Hands-down one of the best restaurants in LA.
One of the best service we’ve ever received on a very busy restaurant. I forgot the name of our server but he is definitely the best! Food is also great, we loved everything we had ordered. Will be back on other special occasions for sure.
It was good . Not amazing . Waiter was very robotic and slightly rude . Food was good , not something I’d rave about . Drinks were the best part of the experience & the ambience . Also in a really fun location downtown la arts district
Great service. Food is awesome. Excellent wine list
Food, beverage, and service were all spot on. Attentive and knowledgeable, while also unobtrusive. The vibe and ambiance are great. Casual and fun, without sacrificing quality. Great wine selections, and the pastas are diving. Great flavors and perfect texture with attention to detail. Would definitely go back next tome I visit LA.
Food was excellent. Our server and bartender were very nice. Will definitely come back again soon.
The manager Julia was delightful and the rest of the staff provided excellent service. A well run place with outstanding food and a great vibe!
We have been coming to Bestia for years and every visit we were amazed by their creative menu. Their thin crust pizza and pasta dishes are consistently great! Actually, all of the items on their menu are delicious. We look forward to dining at Bestia for many more years to come!
We were celebrating my son’s 25th birthday. He had been wanting to try Bestia and it did not disappoint. The restaurant has a wonderful, upbeat vibe. Wonderful smells in the air and the service was excellent. The food was interesting and delicious with a nice variety to choose from. Overall, we had a delightful experience.
Excellent food. Uniuque menu. Spectacular Service. one of our favorite LA Restaurants. Can't wait to go back again.
Bestia did not live up to the reviews nor the hype of its months-in-advance reservation, which is in itself a disappointment. I saved a visit here for my boyfriend's birthday and I was perplexed when we were seated at the kitchen counter even though we had a reservation for 5pm (when the restaurant opens) and there were many free tables nearby. When I asked if we could sit at one of the tables, we were politely told no but they'd let us know if something opened up -- I had to ask again when said tables were still empty 20 minutes later. Our waitress initially encouraged us to order four dishes because the menu encourages sharing, but the portions are fairly substantial. We did just fine with two pasta dishes and one pizza between us. The food was excellent, but there are many Italian restaurants of equal or better quality in LA, which are more affordable, more welcoming, and don't require a reservation months in advance. Glad we tried it, but I won't be back.
Bestia is consistently a fantastic dining experience!
Order everything! everything was so good. Especially the truffle pasta...
Pastas were fabulous but desserts ran out early and we missed out on the bone marrow.
