#lunch 11:30 ~ #dinner 17:00 - 00:00
Fior di Latte Mozzarella, Fresh Sausage with Fennel seeds, Porcini Mushrooms, Carpaccio Truffle fresh on Top
Sea Bass Ravioli with Clarified Butter, Anchovies
Homemade Italian Tiramisu
Good pizza, close to the busy road so good for everyday dining not really for a romantic dinner.
The outside dining was very poor. You were literally dining on the street in the way of pedestrians. Once our order was placed it was at the table in minutes which is never a good sign as clearly not made from scratch. Had to send my sweet back as it was inedible. Toilets were disgusting
We were booked for 5:30 on Friday. Arrived at 5 hoping to get seated as we were desperate for wine, we got seated no problem. The staff were all so lovely and accommodating.
The food was beaut, especially the pizza and great wine.
Obviously we were only able to sit outside luckily the weather held out and even if it was chilly we would have been fine as the heaters are super Powerful so we kept warm.
The only thing that let the restaurant down was the blocked ladies toilet and it smelt pretty bad which was so unpleasant
Apart from that one thing would 100% return again.
Fabulous food and service!
Tables were set up inches away from each other "to get as many people under the heaters as possible because they'd double booked them". Food was just okay - carbonara pizza was disappointing.
excellent Italian restaurant, one of the best Neapolitan pizzas in London, sublime, authentic and delicious.
Really good food and service!
The tables had literally 10 cm distance from each other and we felt very uncomfortable having lunch with people just sitting right next to us. It was also raining and when we ask if they have umbrellas to cover our table they said no sorry we can’t do anything about it. If you are thinking to book for this place ensure its a sunny a day.
excellent sourdough pizzas, one of the best in London, deserts were great particularly the tiramisu, and delicious fresh pastas with good selection of wine. Good value for money
Tasty food, friendly service , nice atmosphere 👍
Food is ok but service is awful. We booked a table but got asked to move from under the heaters (despite there being lots of walk in tables) to accommodate someone else.
excellent sourdough pizzas, top notch ingredients, very addictive
Fantastic service, great food and overall lovely experience very sweet birthday surprise - thank you x
Really enjoyed the food, shame the outdoor seating is on the main road with bins etc near by. Can imagine eating inside would be great. Get the gnocchi
The servers were so lovely and the food was quick - however we asked for Prosecco, rose wine and hot chocolate which were all out of stock which was quite inconvenient and we weren’t offered any sort of compensation which I think was quite poor. But otherwise we had a lovely experience and would come back again!
Great food. Shame the end of the night we we was told we was going to get a dessert menu and then when we asked for a drink kictchen and bar were closed but not told about no last orders not got a dessert...but the food was lovely regardless
Really friendly and the food was great! I would recommend this place!
Lovely food and lovely staff!
First experience of eating out since the end of Lockdown, a very pleasant dining experience. Services was very attentive throughout. Recommend the sourdough pizzas. Dining outside on the street on a warm spring afternoon added to the ambiance. Recommend for lunch time dining.
A pleasant spot for an al fresco lunch. Although adjacent to Shaftesbury Avenue, the outdoor area is quite far back from the road and the noise level is acceptable.
The food and service were good.
I took my parents to Beso for my mams birthday. Immediately the staff were so accommodating. Giving us blankets to brave the outdoor dining. Would absolutely recommend booking a heated area if it’s available. Sara ( supervisor/ host/ waitress) customer services was expert and she really made sure we had a lovely evening. Bolognese was a bit dry, no wine, no sauce. The first pasta on the list of pastas (don’t know the name) , my mam said it was the best pasta she’d ever had. Thank you besos. Perfect that bolognese pleaser, We will be back!
Given lockdown! food fun and lovely Service relaxed and kind
We enjoyed the pizzas at Beso but not the poor customer service and outdoor dining experience.
Note to all those dining outside - request a table under the canopy and heaters, otherwise you will be placed on a table very near the road, exposed to the elements. Apparently requesting a heated table when you book is the only way to ensure you have a pleasant dining experience!
On a sunny day alfresco dining, authentic sourdough pizzas and fresh pastas, I felt like in Naples, food was delicious, loved the Amarone red wine and homemade tiramisu, excellent service, great spot to dine with family and friends in Covent Garden, I will definitely visit again.
Amazing food, some of the best Italian food I’ve had in London. Pasta was divine, obviously had been handmade, it as delicious. The service was great and there was a great wine list also.
The only slightly let back was that the outside area was right by the main road however this is not the restaurants fault!
Loved the food and customer service. Will be back!
Lovely food but very small pasta portions. The Pizzas are fantastic!
Food was very poor, too high price for what it offers.
Pasta was good. Not a big fan of the bruschetta
Difficult opening after lockdown but one server was off the planet in terms of weak. Kept on not putting outdoor heater on. Lots of drinks and menu not available. Disappointing but not typical and hopefully will be back up to speed in May.
It was good staff was excellent the food was exquisite
Really enjoyed my first post lockdown meal here! Waiters were clearly busy but food still served promptly and was tasty.
Booked last minute for a birthday meal - what a wonderful surprise! Pizzas and wine were both fantastic and at such a reasonable price. Service was good also. Will 100% return after lockdown
Great service and delicious food and extra Oort was made to our daughter's birthday meal special - very impressed
Great pizza, great customer service, lovely location in heart of Covent Garden
1st Visit and it was excellent. Best pizzas we have had in along time. Will definitely be back.
We booked a table for 7:30 and they started preparing the place to close at 8:15 while we were still eating. Before 9:00 they brought us the check to pay because they were closing!
No problem to do so if the table had an hour and a half slot but they just wanted to go home!
Not the best attitude in a period where restaurants are struggling to stay open!
Food was really good, disappointing with the out of stock wines on the menu, but otherwise a good place.
Really delicious pizzas - good menu selection, good service and good drinks. Unfortunately there had been an issue with the gas which meant we weren’t able to order any of the pastas, which is a shame as they sounded great. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend - a hidden gem.
