    We offer a variety of options with regard to private events. We designed and built our restaurant to be able to offer multiple experiences within the same space. We have a's Table for 15 that offer an amazing experience private experience. We can do events for up to 40 people in our lounge which is separated from our upper floor dining. We can do a more casual event of up to 30 people in our bar area with high tables and the bar. We can also do events for up to 250 people that would include a variety of different experiences throughout the restaurant; high tables, bar area, raw bar, lounge and private room, all in one. Truly unique experience unlike any other place in Detroit. Location, flexibility, attention to detail and overall philosophy of putting our guest ahead of everything makes for one of a kind experience at BESA.

    I went there for my birthday dinner ! It’s was absolutely beautiful ! The staff was so friendly , they even let me charge my phone for a few minutes . The food was amazing as well

    Food preservation and service were amazing, the hostess did her best to make sure we get the table we wanted. The noise was too loud, it was hard to hear the waiter explaining all the options. We had there they special 50 ounce of steak!! It was fabulous. My birthday cake slice the ice cream with a hazelnut flavor was very delicious.

    everything we had was outstanding! wine was great! staff was great. the only complaint was it was so loud we could not hear each other across the table (for 4). They gave us a free dessert (delicious) for our celebration. we will go back!

    Wine and salad were wonderful...dinner took almost 2 hours to arrive. My friend had some food allergies and they let us know food was plated with allergen but would be remade, but my food obviously sat in the window waiting because it arrived cold. It was reheated and replated with new potatoes. They offered dessert and brought a plate of french fries, but for a $260 bill for 2, it was just ok at best.

    My first time at Besa was great! The bread and oil , zucchini fritters, truffle ravioli, and desserts were allllllll amazing. My husband order filet and loved it as well. Will definitely be back!

    We celebrated our anniversary here. Every thing we ordered was delicious., especially the trilece cake. Our server was wonderful but the service was a little slow.

    We ordered the mushroom skewer, among other things, and it came out with green mold on it. The manager replaced it with another one that also had green mold on it and then told me that green mold is ok on mushrooms, you have to worry about yellow and white mold... I'm not paying to eat ANYTHING with mold on it. The service was also subpar, as someone who comes from the restaurant business, their staff should be retrained on how to adequately greet and service guests. I waited at their bar, which only had 2 other guests seated for almost 5 minutes before even being greeted and handed a drink menu and then my dirty martini (which has only 2 ingredients) came with old sour olive juice that tasted terrible and badly bruised olives. They even refused to even stuff my olives with blue cheese. For the price I paid for dinner I do not believe that Besa is worth the value by any means.

    it was a nice experience until it was time to pay the waiter was very rude . he miscalculated the bill and got very upset and used foul language. the food is very overhyped. DONT go unless your willing to try new foods. they have very very minimum traditional items on the menu.

    I took my husband here for his pre-birthday celebration. It was very nice, clean, open, quiet, and the staff was welcoming and pleasant. The food was very good, we'd go back.

    I had read on insta that they had the best lamb chops in town. Don't believe it. I made a reservation for 4:30 and arrived early and was sent to the bar area although the dining room was sparse. I was served by the bartender at my table. The olive oil for the bread came out 20 minutes before the bread. My spinach pie (a Detroit specialty) was like a croissant outer edge surrounding a a soggy 1/8th inch pizza. It made a mess and had no substance. Soccer kids were in the bar and babies were crying. I asked for my lamb chops to go. I got home and found that my 2 ordered rare chops were medium-well. They weren't even a contender. $51 for 2 overcooked chops and a few slices of veggies. I asked for a coffee while waiting for them to package it up and got an $8 French press. Never again.
