   No surprises, as expected with a chain restaurant. Hot food, large portions, and friendly, attentive staff.

   Very slow inside. Service was slow. Tough to get a drink refill. Food was good.

   loved the artisan pizza and of course the rolls, and the giant slice of chocolate cake. weekly specials and coupon offers are great and definitely encourage my purchases. great service too.

   Could hardly have been worse. The place was nearly empty, but I waited every step of the way. No one at the front to seat me, to bring a menu, to arrive at table, to take the order, and most notably, to bring the food. I could see they had no action in the kitchen, but it took almost a half hour to bring a Luke warm plate of spaghetti. My bad for not getting a meat sauce, which likely would have had some zest to it, but still the pomodoro was bland and watery. The pasta itself was ok, but a tad on the undercooked side — even for someone who greatly prefers pasta al dente. On the mildly plus side of the ledger, a side Caesar was serviceable, if a bit overdressed, and the signature Sporkie rolls and Parmesan-in-oil were great. Zero attention after delivering the food to the table. No grated cheese, no one to refill the water (which arrived without the requested lemon wedge) or even bring a check. I had to stand up and amble v-e-r-y slowly toward the door for someone to finally dash over with the bill. Look, I know this is not a fine dining experience under any circumstance and that restaurants like this have been hit very hard by the pandemic and a resultant economy that has decimated the industry. But there are still basic boxes to be checked and standards to be met. Most restaurants are achieving them. Bertucci’s is not. With their stores closing left and right, it may be their time.

   Pizza was delicious. There was a little error in the pizza order, but they made it right without me even having to ask!The Tuscan wings were unbelievably good. We usually get buffalo.

    We had a table of 9 and 3 orders came out 15-20 minutes before the other 6, and most of the food was lukewarm. Won’t go back.
