   Bert's is a very convenient location to go before seeing an event. Being a vegan, there was only one choice offered to me. If you don't eat Beyond Meat Burgers, there would be nothing on the menu for you, well except for French fries. There wasn’t even a plain green salad I could have. Our server Emma was great, and the food brought to the table in a timely fashion.

   We ordered the crab & spinach dip with tortillas for a starter. It was very good. My wife ordered the smoked meat platter with fries and gravy and was very happy with the portion and taste and I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with a poutine which was also excellent. The server staff was top notch with our own server being very attentive but anytime other employees walked past our table, if there was a glass or dish needing to be cleared, they simply took it and carried on. Our only complaint was the signature drinks were said to come with a souvenir glass to take home and it was literally just a small plastic tumbler that had nothing team related on it it whatsoever - it was just a plain clear plastic glass. For a $21 drink, we were kind of disappointed with that but the overall experience was positive. We'll definitely go back!

   Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. No grill marks on chicken and chicken was cold. Bun was soggy.

   We had a reservation for 4 people for a Senators game. No fault of the server but, our food was cold and she clearly had too many tables. The staff levels seemed low compared to the restaurant being full. My meal was the buffalo chicken wrap. It was cold, had no buffalo sauce and very little chicken. It was more lettuce than anything. My friend had the margarita pizza and she couldn’t eat the area around the outside crust. The pizza looked like it was sitting around , stale and cold. My other 2 friends had good meals. A chicken sandwich and a hamburger. Her chicken sandwich had twice as much meat than my buffalo chicken sandwich for the same price. It was very disappointing and I don’t think I will eat here again :(

    Our server brought our drink and food and never came back unless you flagged her down .Montreal smoked meat was on dry marble bread that should have been toasted. Wings over cooked and dry. Dirty dishes and empty beer cans sat on table for over an hour
