With extensive organic herb and vegetable gardens, vineyards and fruit trees, our 28-acre estate produces some of the freshest produce in Carmel Valley, California. Seasonal ingredients inspire Chef Cal Stamenov’s cuisine and we are fortunate enough to produce our own honey and wine, giving our food and drink menus an added personal touch.
