Worse experience ever. The service was terrible and the waitress didn’t even know the menu. The fish wasn’t the best for the price we paid and my meal was supposed to come with miso soup. When I asked the waitress where my miso soup was, she responded “it doesn’t come with miso soup” and I told her I ordered this dish BECAUSE it included miso soup and it says so on the menu. The menu on Open Table is not the same as the menu at the restaurant. The restaurants menu is limited and I’m super disappointed in the food, service, and quality of this place.

The Food is good but they are a bit understaffedon the wait staff side. A greater at the front would help so wait staff can wait on patrons. More food runners or people to clear tables would also help.

Hard to understand this place. The menu online is not the actual menu they use as the server said they have changed it a few times. No hot pots anymore, so if you’re looking for that, go elsewhere. You’re in a mall environment, but they have Opus One ($500/bottle) and Dom ($350/bottle), yet no decent mid-priced wine. Food is so so, but generally okay.
