   Even it's not mentioned anywhere, the experience consists in get your food ready in front of you, but it includes a lot of noise in the middle and a eccentric show with a lot of forced interaction between the chef and the customers. The food was very good, but all the show converts the dinner in a stressing moment. If you are less than 8, then you will share table (even with reservation). It's by itself an experience with good food, but I wouldn't repeat it

   We had a fabulous cook. His name was Carlos. The kids and I eat there about every 3 months. This is the first time we had Carlos. Oh my goodness… he put lots of flavor in what he was cooking. He did it with such enthusiasm. The tricks he had was nothing that we had ever seen. My kids were so impressed and they commented how that was the next food they had there. The are 9 and 10 years old. Thank you Carlos for making my birthday great!! I will ask for him every time we go to Benihana.

   The chef was outstanding and put on a great show. The food was great and we had a lot of fun. Pretty expensive for one person bill was 102.00 for Surf Turf with fried rice and one Sami bomb. With the tip for the waitress and the chef I spent 145$ total on just myself. I think it is still worth it for the experience with my friends. Our cook was Paulo.

   Always enjoy the food. It was really loud we could barely hear the chef. Still a great experience

   Took 1.5 hours to get water and place our order. Will not be returning

   Our server complained when asked to split tickets so our group could pay individually. Plus she showed no emotion and was lowkey a dick. Definitely should not be working in the service industry, she’s would fit in better as an overnight warehouse worker
