The Shogun steak was tough and chewy, and given supermarkets like Lidl or Aldi can offer inexpensive steaks of better quality, I was rather disappointed. Our chef was having a bad day and missed all his tricks and dropped cutlery, but he was cheerful and friendly. It must be tough to perform on point every day, all the time. The servers could have been more attentive with drinks and refilling water. I'd like to rate it higher, but I think standards have dropped

We ordered the special menu when booking on the fork, which was excellent. The Sheff was experienced and entertaining. The food was good but the overall bill was more than I expected! Overall all, it was a good experience.
