   The chef was amazing and did a fantastic Job making the food. He conducts various tricks which made the dinner splendid. His name was Ardis.

   I frequent this place quite often and the food is always good but this las t time the food was bland. I will give it another try just not with that cook. I want say his name because he was so nice.

   It’s Mother’s Day weekend and I took my mom here to celebrate her and buy her a nice meal that I thought would be a great experience since she never been before. Our waiter did a terrible job of helping us with our menu and putting our order in so the chef also did a poor job of cooking us the proper portions. When the waiter asked us what did we want for our meals I asked could we get the 6 course split between the both of us and would it be enough for 2 people he said yes so he put it in. Once the chef served us we were literally watching everyone else get a full course meal while we were only served fried rice, vegetables, and our steak. The chef didn’t say happy Mother’s Day or give any kind of a show to make us wow at. The waiter didn’t even give us our tea just one little ice cream that we obviously couldn’t share with two spoons! The waiter barely came during serving to see if we needed anything. I was charged for two meals even after asking to speak with a manager for help. This was a horrible experience me and my mother were not served a over $100 meal and we decided will not be coming back.

   We had a fun time. We went to celebrate my mom and daughter's birthday and my son's first communion. The only thing I didn't like were the drinks I ordered: Long Island iced tea and a mojito. 3 stars for the drinks.

   It took an hour and a half for the cook to show up at our table. Drinks took 30 min. Our server told us it was last call for drinks before the cook started cooking our food. This is the 3rd and last time I will ever visit this location. Every single time it disappoints. Better off driving to Lombard, Schaumburg or wheeling.

   The staff were very friendly and helpful. The chef’s show was very good and the food was excellent! Seafood Diablo for me and it was phenomenal. This is the first Teppin style cooking restaurant have been to where the food was amazing!

   My dad got hit with a flying shaker from a chef at another table which broke his sake cup- it would have been nice to receive an apology other than a surprised “oh!” from the chef who accidentally had it slip. Also it would have been appreciated if at minimum they replaced the sake.

   Service was miserable and the food was ok. For the price, I would rather go somewhere else, but overall not bad.

    This was a horrible experience. The place was empty! And it took forever for them to serve us ANYTHING!! The chef came out 45-50 mins after sitting at the table. Requested the manager he was NO HELP AT ALL. When you order shrimp fried rice I KNOWWWW there are supposed to be more than 3 shrimp in the rice. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION! Downtown Chicago.
