Server was slow, forgot parts of the meal and drinks. Still waiting on my rice! Chef was amazing!

Cruise ship food served in the high street. Expected high jinx at the table that felt tired, over manufactured and stale, it felt like going through the motions rather than really enjoying what you do because you love it. Food was bland and the cocktails were terrible. Our “chef” seemed more intent on trying to impress 2 ladies at the table than entertain or engage with the rest of his guests. Prices are far too high for the lack of quality. We gave it a second chance and again we were left feeling nothing short of disappointed.

Benihana was once a fun family outing with good, flavorful food, but now it is far from that. The service and cook were less than satisfactory. If you pay more, you don't expect to get less quality in every way.

Things definitely changed over the years. The portion size, the ingredients… it just wasn’t the same. Our food took forever to be cooked. I wasn’t even hungry anymore. Maybe it was just a busy night. I’m hesitant to try them again.

I love Benihana and was quite surprise at the quality of food that was served on a Friday afternoon for lunch. Asked for no mushrooms due to allergies and had a plate full of mushrooms. Food was cold and honestly just straight disappointed. Won’t be back to this location should have known why everybody was at the Cheesecake Factory instead of Benihana.

Definitely our worst experience at Benihana. Food was SO overcooked that the chicken, steak and fried rice was not edible. An entire entree was forgotten and not cooked. Brought to us AFTER everyone had eaten and other guests at the table had paid and left.

I had a great time until I couldn't use my 30 dollar certificate for my birthday. I use it last year and it was no problem. This year They said I have to spend 60 dollars so I can use my certificate. The bill was 20 dollars . Thank God I had 20 dollars. I was disappointed and this was supposed to be my birthday dinner.

The service and entertainment were wonderful! I wasn’t a huge fan of the food but that’s up to personal preference. I just felt that it tasted very salty and one dimensional.
