   Terrible experience. Love Benihana in general but the service at this location was terrible. The service was awful. The waiter was in training and both the trainer and trainee kept forgetting our orders. The room was extremely hot. Had to go outside at least twice to cool off. Better ventilation is needed. Two people at the table were celebrating birthdays and while we saw other tables celebrating, the waiters never came back after the food was cooked. We ran out of drinks mid dinner and they were nowhere to be found. Finally flagged someone to ge rus our bill. I regret giving a tip for such terrible service.

   Had such a great time at Benihana! The food was sooo good. Definitely upgrade with scallops. The chef Sergio is so fun and entertaining. Our server Lillie was lovely too. Definitely will come back and highly recommend!

   I always love Benihana. Although the one in Lombard is much better and cleaner, the one in the city is not bad either.

   Special thank you to our wonderful waitress and the manager who had us seated quickly with a crazy amount of people there. Everyone was amazing and food was outstanding!

   Reservation at 6:30 we made months ago. We had the entire table with 4 kids. We were ignored for 90 minutes until our chef arrived. Half our party had to leave as it was 8:30 before they started cooking our food

   Ardis was our chef and he was amazing I have been coming to Benihana since 1976 and he is the best chef I have experienced. Whenever I travel I go to Benihana and I have not seen a chef as good as him. Today was my Mom’s birthday and she said this is the best time she has had. I will ask for Ardis whenever I visit. Thank you for making this a fun day for her.

    They tried but failed. Food was over salted and over priced. The servers really tried and the young man who cooked the food also tried but it was not a great experience. Try somewhere different.
