This is my second time at Bellos. I hate the automatic gratuity policy. The wait staff takes forever to introduce themselves, they routinely forget to bring requested items and once my food & beverages are served, the server didn't check on me. I had to go search for wait staff when I needed something or to follow up on a previous request. This is not the quality of customer service of a place that enforces an automatic gratuity policy on all patrons, no matter the size of the party. Unless the customer service changes, I will not be purchasing from this business anymore.

Our server Garrett was extremely attentive, the food was wonderful and atmosphere was top tier. We couldn’t ask for better service!!!!

Spent my 35th birthday here. Really enjoyed myself. Food was good! Everyone enjoyed their dish. I had the Jollof rice with the roasted chicken and OMG was is BUSS’n! At 10 he Dj comes and they play music! Loved every min of it. Thank you 🫶🏽

My best friend being from the 757 area saw Bellos on Instagram and thought this would be a good spot, for her birthday night. And just be honest, I’ve been to Bellows only for the night portion, but never for like a dine in experience. It was amazing . The food was very flavorful. The staff was amazing. The DJ was Poppin. And the Owner was Really cool making sure me and my friends were accommodated 👍🏽💯 - Shaq Wright

Went on a Saturday night I had THE BEST time. Our waitress/bottle girl was very attentive. I NEVER leave reviews. I highly recommend this place!

It was my daughter’s 21 birthday and she chose this location for her brunch. The food was good, service was even better! It was a vibe….great old school hip hop which I loved! Plan ahead for parking.

We enjoyed food. The restaurant was short on servers, but our waitress had a great attitude and worked really hard to get us our drinks and meals.
