   This is a well hidden gem of an Italian cuisine place; the recipes are all made from scratch and the chef’s touch is unparalleled from appetizers to main entrees and their incredible deserts; their seafood Alfredo is out of this world as is their lobster bisque; if you go, please don’t forget to treat yourself with the most delicious cannoli desert there is; ask for Bryan to serve you as he is knowledgeable and super serviceable.    Management clearly over crowded the restaurant for Mothers day, greatly decreasing quality and service. We waited an hour and twenty minutes for some of the main courses to be served, and another 20 mins for the rest to come out. in the 1:40 we were seated, the waiter never came to check on drink refills or if anything else was needed. They offered no apologies for the service, and if Management does not respect their staff, then their staff has no reason to respect their patrons. I would avoid this restaurant for any holidays as they will pack it as full as they can while sacrificing the experience and service.

   We had reservations for Mother’s Day at 6:45. We were sat promptly. Our waitress took our drink orders and everything went downhill from there. It took about 15 minutes to get to drinks from the bar. Water was room temp and we had to ask for ice, which took multiple prompting to get the ice. We ordered one glass of wine and a bottled beer. Wine pour was pitiful and had been spilled on stem. We put two orders of calamari in. The calamari finally arrived to our table at 7:45 after multiple Request to our waitress. She seemed to be confused and lost for most of the evening. She would disappear and be gone for 10 minutes at a time. Their excuse was that they were busy. Ok so why not bring in more staff if you are overbooked??? My side Caesar salad came out before the calamari. When the calamari finally came out, it was mushy and likely frozen. We paid our check and paid for everything that we purchased. No manager ever came out to try to accommodate us. We got up and left and ordered dinner to go from Daniel’s in Apex which is where we should have gone to begin with but thought we would try something new. The table next to us, also there to celebrate Mother’s Day had been waiting on their food since 615. It was close to 8 when we finally left and their food was still not out. I am pretty forgiving as I have waited tables and so has my son but this was ridiculous. I will never return to Bellini. It was horrible. Beware.

   Disappointed. It could have been that the volume of reservations for Mothers Day was too much for them, but it would be an understatement to say they were overwhelmed. We were seated promptly at our reservation time, but it was 20 minutes before we got water, another 10 before we got bread, and another 15 before the waitress made it to our table. Our food arrived 1.5 hours from when we sat down. The veal and chicken parm were delicious. The baked ziti was not baked, and the grilled chicken our party member requested on it was full of grisly. Our other party member declared his penne vodka “just ok”. Salads are not included with your entree. We will not return. This restaurant is in a strip shopping center, and it is one big room full of tables. No ambiance at all.

   A busy Mothers Day at the restaurant. However the food was great as always & our waiter very attentive.

   I’ve been to Bellini on numerous occasions and feel they are one of THE BEST authentic Italian Restaurants in the triangle. The service, food, cocktails and ambiance is consistently top notch. My wife and I recommend this establishment to ask our friends and acquaintances.

   Visited the establishment on mothers day. I made reservations, and was seated in a timely fashion. The place was beyond crowded. Walking sideways, was the only way to navigate. Given the holiday and and crowed it was noisey. All to be expeceted. My issuse is the service. We sat for 45 minutes before our order was taken, and another 45 minutes before we actually received or food. Which was dumpped on the table, before the waiters ran away, with no concern. We asked 4 different wait staff members for olive oil, and my father recevied the ice tea he ordered when we arrived, while we were boxing our leftovers to go. The waiters were flying back and forth all over the place, and literraly flicked my sister off when she asked for a dessert menu. The food was good, but my sisters would have been better. We made our best of the time and being in eachothers presence. But overall, the service was horrible, and my family and I will never be returning again.

    I thought this restaurant was Italian! 3 of 4 servers we couldn't even understand. Food was excellent. But servers did not know who ordered what. One dinner he didn't know what it was called. Never returned for beverage refills. We had to ask about specials. Ask for the bill. Ask for dessert menu. He couldn't even describe the oyster appetizer. A year ago Bellini's was not like this. They need to upgrade the servers.
