A high point - the filet was great, lots of flavor. The sides were luke warm and stale, as though they’d been sitting there a while; spinach was thick, not fresh.) They brought our entrees before we got our soup and salad and didn’t bring requested glass of wine until meal completed. Skip the Caesar - nothing special. Worst was the Ciopinno - watery, no flavor, so bland! … I love shellfish in a rich, flavorful tomato broth but this was just awful … not that they noticed or cared one bit b/c they carted away my uneaten entree w/out a word. This business will fail w/out better management. Restaurant Nightmares?!

Fantastic evening, great spot. Server was excellent took care of us. Food was outstanding. Rightly priced. Atmosphere was great, live music in one half of place, can lightly hear it on other side where we ate. Definitely will make this a regular spot. Daily happy hour too!

Not what it used to be and that was sad. Ordered the pomegranate oysters after I asked if they were available, came out plain with no pomegranate on them at all. A lot of wines on the menu were missing. Almost felt like eating at a place that was struggling to stay open, not good vibes.

We went for Mother’s Day 3-course prix fix brunch. They greeted and seated us right away. Seated right next to another table, about 18” away from us. So we could totally hear each others convos but they were cool so it’ll was okay. Brought us water and pastry platter (6 different filled pastries) right away. Pastries were a little burnt, would have been better with half the pastries and some fruit. Husband had a Bloody Mary (said it was good) and I had a latte (good, strong). Our server was very nice. Started off with the cream onion soup with blue cheese crostini for the hubs and I had the Yucatán shrimp with mango salsa appetizer, both were excellent. Both appetizers were large enough for entree portions and filled us up. Husband had the chorizo eggs Benedict (yolk was hard, potatoes were cold) and he only ate half of it. I had the chicken and waffles and I told the server that I must have got the chicken that lost the chicken fight because it was tough and dry. I heard the server say to another table that the kitchen was behind and some people were complaining that they were waiting a long time for the dessert (carrot cake). We were already there 1-1/2 hours so we told our server to just box up our dessert to go and even that took a while (carrot cake wasn’t that great). We got out of there in just under 2 hours, which isn’t horrible, but we waited a lot. Cost for brunch was $85 per person and with the Bloody Mary and latte, total with tax and tip was a little under $220. Too much in my opinion. This restaurant only does brunch on special occasions. I think next time we’ll go to The Brig or somewhere that always does brunch service.
