In 2005, BellaBrava: New World Trattoria was established in downtown Saint Petersburg, where our Tuscan-inspired vision became a reality. Our New World Trattoria offers a relaxed dining experience, affordable prices, and a focus on building lasting connections with our guests rather than pursuing haute cuisine.

Much better experience this time around. Our last visit we were met with a server who was MIA. But we decided to try try again… and while we saw the server from our last visit, we were fortunate to have a different experience with a. Lovely young lady who was on the spot with berages and service that did not disappoint. The meal was a delight! Our dinner consisted of lasagna, beef rags, chicken parm and salmon. No one left hungry or unhappy. The bread was underwhelming. We felt it to be dry and didn’t finish it as a foursome. As a baker and an Italian, the pasta and the sauce was incredible. The pasta, hats off to you! I spent a great deal of time in Italy. I appreciate where you are going with this. The bread, just wasn’t hitting the mark. Not sure how you can change this and perhaps a rosemary olive oil bread would be a better choice. But we were not there for the bread, and we still left very happy

Fresh and interesting menu. Chicken Cacciatore excellent although not traditional. Polenta was a new addition to this dish in my opinion. Lasagna Bolognese very good. Excellent burrata with roasted garlic and bread was a fun addition. Great service by Vanessa and management very present and involved . Overall a great experience
