   1st male waiter was very hostile...advised us it was not happy hour... I went to the front requested manager and different waiter and it indeed was happy hour also according to their website until 6pm as we had 5pm reservations...of course a lame excuse was given about they were going to update...Communication is key...trying to support neighborhood restaurants especially with all that's going on in the world and it stated under new management but I sensed hostility towards our party of color...even the male who poured/refilled our water spilled it on the table I requested no ice, he just shrugged his shoulders and gave looks when taking our finished plates...

   It's very sad because this used to be a spot we would frequent. The service awful, sat there for 20 minutes with no server coming to greet us. The busser set our table , got our drink orders and brought all the food and share plates. When the server did arrive did not even act professional. He did not introduce himself, shirt un-tucked, seemed to be very overwhelmed. The food was great as we went for happy hour and sat on the patio. Live jazz music and it was a beautiful night. When we arrived no hostess, no manager seen all night. The busser and our waiter/ bartender was all we saw besides the kitchen staff. Women's restroom was out of everything!

   Food was delicious and music was great but SO loud we had to sit outside to even be able to hear each other.

   Great food, Great Service and Great Happy hour! Glad they reopened and we gave them another chance.

   Decor, food & service all very nice. Half way through, singer with guitar started. Good voice & choice of songs, however, found him to be a bit too loud for the number of people in the restaurant.

   No food no service for 1 whole hour, i went on Friday 02/14. Our drinks were never served as well. All tables were frustrated, no one was eating, very bad planning on staff, and very discreet customer service. Never again

   Got seated relatively fast and even ordered within the first 15/20 mins of being seated. Watched multiple couples get up and leave for lack of service. Drink orders never arrived, food showed up almost 45 mins after ordering. One of the chicken dishes showed up hardly warm while the other was warm on the chicken but the bed of cold undercooked pasta under left something to be desired.

   Took drink and appetizer order quickly but then nobody came back to take the meal order. After about 45 minutes of being ignored had to ask a runner for assistance. He took the order for us but we still never saw the waitress until she brought the check… not even an apology.

   Been to the place before the new management and was awesome! Went again and food ended up being cold! Asked to have it warmed, they just put more sauce on both and was still cold underneath. Wife and I had chicken Parma and the lobster ravioli. Took long time to get it and was cold ! Could have cooked it myself! They are very understaffed! Prob wont go back after the experience!

    We had an early lunch at Bella Napoli this morning and it was very nice. They cleaned the outdoor tables for us so we could sit in the sun but they still kept the water glasses full even though we were outside. The pizza was Vegas excellent. My wife’s shrimp scampi could have had a bit more flavor but was also acceptable. We enjoyed it and will certainly dine there again.
