   Sophia is an excellent waitress The summer pasta with added shrimp was excellent The smash burger with crispy waffle fries was also excellent Love Chef Norma❤️❤️❤️

   Food is average. Even though this is near the pool, they don't cater to children.

   We had 615 reservations, arrived on time and waited 15-20 minutes for drink orders. Meals took about 30 minutes to arrive after orders were placed. To be fair it was extremely busy at the Bistro that night and the staff was clearing working as fast and as hard as they could...just looked like the kitchen was overwhelmed (perhaps the planned expansion and larger kitchen will help)

   We had thé best experience.. we got the table we requested… crayons and paper were waiting for our grandson, waitress was great as was thé pizza.. Bravo!! Joan Fisher

   Outstanding menu options - especially the special St Patrick's Day menu!! Chef Norma is always visible and keeps an eye on everything! One can really tell that the wait staff has been properly trained!! Delightful experience.
